Absolutely fabulous property, strongly recommend

Fabulous - excellent location, 3 min from bus station and from city centre but still quiet street. Property is very modern and so exceptionally clean it feels like you're the first visitor there. Fully and generously equipped for any length of stay, everything you can think of is there. Owners are exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my special request. They also own a restaurant in the same building and we had our best meal there.

The property is modern and immaculate. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are excellent. The bed was also really comfortable. The location is perfect and has a restaurant beneath which is also excellent.

This family-run pension provide a warm, personal touch, with hosts who are eager to ensure a comfortable stay. Nestled in a picturesque surroundings of Lake Garda. The slower pace and tranquil atmosphere of a pension stay make it ideal retreat for relaxation.

Our return visit

An ideal location, the apartment is airy and clean with a lovely balcony all prepared for al fresco dining. A coffee maker and kettle are supplied with pods and teabags. A very comfortable bed, and air conditioning throughout make for a relaxing stay. Hairdryer and toiletries supplied. Welcoming, amazing hosts and great food in the restaurant below make it difficult to leave!

Friendly owners, really great location - overall a fantastic property!

The accommodation was so modern and clean, the location was fantastic, and it was great having Massimo downstairs in the restaurant - he was so friendly and helpful, and even helped us to order a taxi for our journey back to the airport.

Excellent location , 2 minutes walk from the historic centre. Very comfortable and clean appartment. Great people. Massimo, the owner was waiting for us until late the night and he served us in his restaurant as well. He even offered us a private parking for the car. Excellent!!!

The apartment was absolutely spotless! It was so clean I could have eaten anything straight from the floor and not be worried about germs! The bed was comfortable and the automated shades made the room so dark I could have slept through a day without noticing it was there. I didn't do any cooking apart from making some tea but there was everything needed as well. Alexandra and Massimo were both really nice and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. And I was. Much love and success to your future <3

What I didn't like? Well nothing you can do about it but it rained a lot in Garda when I was there.

A Great Find!

Although the property is self catering, all meals are available in the restaurant below with 10% discount. There is a small supermarket opposite and a fresh fruit and veg stall a few metres away and the lake is only a 5 min walk. The apartment itself is modern and extremely clean with a large balcony. We stayed in the studio style apartment which is ample for a couple. We will not need to look for anywhere else for future holidays!

A kettle would be handy for us tea drinkers!

Central, modern and clean apartment with friendly hosts.

Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Very good communication with hosts and you get a 10% in the restaurant below. The restaurant is also very good with friendly staff. Parking lot is just around the corner. We liked it so much that we extended our stay.

It can become a bit noisy if the restaurant below gets crowded. But it could be worse. WiFi was disconnecting often but the host was eager to get the issue solved.

Wir waren jetzt zum 3.ten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Es gibt zur Hälfte der Buchungszeit einen kompletten Wäschewechsel (Hand- und auch Geschirrtücher sowie Bettwäsche). In ein paar Gehminuten ist man in den Gassen von Garda und kann am Hafen das "La Dolce Vita" genießen. Das Lokal der Eigentümer bietet eine tolle Küche, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, man fühlt sich dort einfach sofort Wohl.

Super freundliches Personal, auch im Restaurant, welches der Ehemann der Betreiberin führt . Es gab sogar einen zehnprozentigen Rabatt auf das Essen und Trinken. Absolut empfehlenswert des Restaurant, ausnahmslos leckere Speisen. Der Service war traumhaft. Parkplatz direkt am Gebäude.

Tolle sehr zentrale Lage und super nette Gastgeber. Das Zimmer ist sogar mit Staubsauger und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke!

Liegt direkt ober dem Restaurant, daher morgens und abends etwas lauter. Wir kamen damit aber ganz gut klar.

Sehr zentral gelegen (direkt in der Stadt), Privatparkplatz, Balkon, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung (Föhn, Staubsauger, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Töpfe, Pfannen usw.), sehr freundliche Vermieter

Der einzige kleine „Nachteil“- es ist etwas hellhörig, wenn man also früh ins Bett möchte, sollte man sich zur Not Ohropax einpacken (falls man empfindlich ist)- aber so ist das eben, wenn man direkt zentral wohnen möchte - uns hat es nicht gestört :)
