Good location, walking distance to lake, restaurants and shops
Location was good except road noise
TV quit working first day owner said they would get fixed but never did. The air conditioner was too small to cool the apartment, and the road noise was all night

The apartment is a newly furnished and very nice. Comfortable. Small things to solve and will be almost perfect.
Close to the main road (but good location) which especially late evening is quite noisy. Kitchen should be better equipped e.g. there is Coffeemaker which cannot be used on induction. The cutting board is missing.

Große Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Perfekte Lage an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstrasse (Gardesana) und dennoch sehr ruhig. Über die Straße direkt in die Fußgängerzone der Altstadt. Wohnung Nr. 13 im 1. Stock nach hinten raus. Sehr großzügig geschnitten, viel Platz. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene. Möblierung neuwertig, zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend. Küche und Betten sehr gut. Sehr großer Balkon Übereck. Direkter Zugang von der Küche und einem Schlafzimmer. Parkplatz inklusive direkt vorm Haus.
Wie in Italien fast üblich keine normale Kaffeemaschine. Da sollte der Vermieter mal 20,- Euro investieren. Zudem keine Kanne verfügbar. Mit Kaffeetrichter und Filtertüten (beides von Zuhause mitgebracht) in einen Kochtopf gefiltert. Zudem Gläser und Geschirr teils nur 4-fach. Da sollte mal aufgestockt werden.

Würden wir wieder buchen.
Die Größe des Apartments und super Lage, wie auch der Parkplatz. Die Betten waren bequem und ich fand es toll, dass man mir noch rechtzeitig ein Babybett gebracht hat.
Es könnte mehr Ausstattung in der Küche haben, z.B. Spülmaschinentabs für den Start; Öl, Salz und Pfeffer; ein Tuch zum Geschirr abtrocknen.
