North Farm

We loved the property. It was beautiful, tasetfully decorated, clean and comfortable and had everything our group of friends needed for a relaxing holiday. On top of that, Jaynor was an amazing host, very communicative and ready to help whenever we needed everything. The house was stocked with the essentials and we never ran out of dish soap or toilet paper. Lots of shops and fun things to do in the area. This is a superb place to really relax and rest after a busy year.

Everything was perfect!

A truly fantastic farm house, very spacious and full of character. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked, there are musical instruments (piano, guitar, ukulele), drawers full of games, shelves full of books and lots of places to sit including a large dining table. The four bedrooms are nicely organised, two with en-suites and with one additional main bathroom serving the others. The stairs were not too steep, have railings on both sides and were manageable by the senior members of our party. The garden is very well kept with a large outdoor dining table, and fully fenced in, which was useful for us as we have a dog, who loved playing on the lawn. While the location is out of the way, the village is charming (and very friendly) and the remoteness is part of the attraction of the property. There are footpaths out of the village, and only a 10-minute drive to local shops. The owner Jaynor was communicative and helpful. My favourite of all the houses/apartments I've ever reserved through Booking.

There was nothing bad. It was a wonderful place!

Old world charm. Space. Location. Log burning stove. Huge utility/boot room for muddy/sandy boots etc. Great supply and variety of crockery, pans etc. Fantastic hosts.

Small appliances such as toaster and kettle could do with replacing /upgrading.

Excellent location, very peaceful and quiet. walks from the front door. Plenty of room inside.

Lack of freezer would stop us returning. Bed in the main room was extremely soft which did not give any support. I found the kitchen lacking in cooking equipment (not enough wooden spoons, tongs, couldnt find scales, no glass bowls/ mixing bowls for preparing food. There were loads of glassware and plates though.
