About this cottage rental
Vesta View, named after the Roman goddess of the hearth, home and family is a modern and luxurious spacious property offering spectacular panoramic views of open countryside.
Set in the heart of Hadrian's Wall Country and Northumberland National Park; home to England's cleanest rivers, clearest air and darkest skies, the property has everything you need for a perfect break.
There are five well sized bedrooms, which are light, bright and offering unspoilt views of open countryside. The three upstairs bedrooms have king sized beds. The two downstairs rooms have a choice of super king double or two single beds. Each bedroom has ensuite shower facilities with a fixed rain head and height adjustable shower head and some with a bath. One of the downstairs bedrooms is fully accessible with a large and spacious wet room. The other downstairs bedroom has a walk in shower.
The lounge and dining area is open plan, with a wood burner in the lounge. The kitchen is spacious and light with an upright fridge, five ring induction hob, two fan assisted ovens, dishwasher and a microwave.
There is a small utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and upright freezer.

We had a great stay at this property while working locally. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well presented, with everything we needed for a longer work stay. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, and check-in/check-out was straightforward.
The location was ideal for our work and we would happily stay here again.

We spent Christmas week at Vesta View as a group of seven (extended) family members, and it was absolutely perfect. Kevin and Leah are exceptional hosts who did everything to make our stay special. We arrived to a decorated tree and a lovely welcome hamper, including delicious homemade cake and granola, which was a wonderful touch.
The property itself is spacious enough that our large group never felt crowded, yet cozy for presents and big family dinners. The kitchen was well-equipped to handle the Christmas roast—thanks in part to Kevin and Leah’s excellent local recommendations, including the best butcher for our turkey order!
The location is a dream—right among the most scenic sections of the Hadrian’s Wall path. It was absolute heaven for the walkers and amateur photographers in our group who wanted to capture the best of the National Park. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the festive season, and we highly recommend it to any large group looking for a peaceful, well-supported getaway.

Bunch of old friends from university days had a great long weekend at Vesta View. The accomodation is ideal for our group of eight adults. Great location for walking on Hadrian’s Wall and exploring the area. Recommended.

Vesta view was an amazing place for our recent birthday celebrations. Luxury accommodation with stunning views from nearby every window. The property offers everything you could possibly want and more. Suited our multi-generational group but equally would have been prefect for a group of friends.
