About this house rental
The Gin Gang, overlooks the river Wear and is one of four former barn conversions located on a small livestock farm on the outskirts of the rural village of Frosterley in Weardale. Weardale is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has available fantastic walks,cycle routes and numerous tourist attractions such as Beamish Museum, Killhope Wheel, Bowes Museum and Raby Castle. The cottage is in easy reach of Barnard Castle, Hexham and Durham.
The cottage can sleep up to 10 people, with one ensuite double bedroom being on the ground floor and is adapted for less mobile guests. A range of electrical appliances can be found in the house and all gas,electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.
The owners open up their garden for use by all holiday cottage guests on the site. Their garden is well stocked with several lawned areas and ponds. You will also find a summerhouse, swings, games room with pool table and attached lounge area, barbecue and a cycle store.

This cottage was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable clean and well equipped. The outdoor space was also excellent and the gardens and ponds were beautiful.

Second visit to these cottages. Perfect for a self catering break. We were there to celebrate a birthday for three days. Everything you could need for six adults and two children.

This is a hidden jem. Abslotley beautiful house. Perfect for a fmaily get together. Spotless very clean and everything we needed was there. The photos do not do it justice. The games room was a hit. Pool table for the big kids and games swing and trampoline for the upunger ones. Hosts were very helpful.
