Our second stay.

This was our second stay in the willow pod this year, we came back for our anniversary and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. It was like a different place in the autumn to the summer but equally as lovely. We will defo be back again.

The logs were a little damp and couldnt get the fire going, but I had fun trying so it didn't spoil it for us.

Fantastic stay

Everything was perfect. The directions lead us straight to the location. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. Especially in the night. Where you could see the stars.in the sky. Quiet and peaceful. Not far from places to get food etc. Extremely clean. Lovely and warm. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

That we didn't stay longer. Could stay there for weeks at a time.

comfortable and convenient, even utensils were provided; almost complete in terms of facilities; location is perfect for those who want to unwind, relax and enjoy the scenery

Hot water in the faucet was not available in the kitchen area, linens could have been ironed atleast

Good little pod

Enjoyed the location very quiet, good spot for stargazing, very comfortable and cosy once heating was on. Shower nice and big.

Cold upon entering, heating could of been on, couldn't find torch, in side door mat for when it was raining, had to use a towel. Toilet button hard to press.

Very enjoyable stay

Very tranquil farm & open countryside setting, but in easy reach of Hadrian's Wall, Kielder Water, Hexham and the Northumberland coast, all of which we visited in our 5 days. Attractive and well-equipped pod with excellent views - well screened from other 2 pods on site. We enjoyed watching sheep being moved across the farm and the hay harvest. Quiet, with dark skies.

Double bed was a little small for us.

Beautiful Views. Pod is ok not luxury

Location, Views, Zero light pollution. Underfloor heating and hot water in the shower.

Takes hours for the host to respond if you have an issue, no signal on tv they know this but don’t tell you prior to stay, Tiny Bed with strong smell of damp, towels damp, luckily we’d taken our own, Pod is dirty from outside in, photos attached had a lot more could only add 4. Take extra fire wood we got left all of an hours worth. Don’t follow the walks in the welcome pack, you will have to walk directly on the A68 no paths.

It wasn’t that clean. The windows in the door you could see had not been cleaned for a long time and the shower had some mould / black marks in the shower and outside on the floor.

Fantastic views lovely how there was just 3 pods so no over crowding, everything you need under 1 little roof

Really great family weekend away :)

Loved the outside area with bench and the firepit, with scenery and sheep right as you stepped out the door. Facilities in the pod were great too.

Wasn’t keen on the mattress of the bed bit too firm for me but that’s just personal preference.

Beautiful location and stay

Absolutely beautiful location ❤️ tea and coffee was a lovely touch. Pod was so warm and cosy. My son stole the queen bed and said it was a really comfortable bed. All agreed the shower was amazing. Would definitely stay again ❤️

A little mat inside would have helped as the outside mat was soaked with the rain and nothing to dry feet on. Other than that, it was wonderful

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to go again.

We brought our own breakfast ingredients. Cooking pans were just adequate. The main bed mattress was a bit too soft for our ageing backs bit tolerable. The pull out bed was too low to get back up from when troubled with arthritic joints.

We liked the facility overall. One minor observation mentioned already direct to the hosts the bathroom cabinet shelves were in need of a good clean.

Location was fantastic, build quality on the pod was exceptional and it kept warm all night. Loved the indoor facility’s and bed was super comfy!

One thing the pod needs, a wee doormat on the inside just to stop the water from you feet getting on the floor when you’re taking your shoes off. Other than that, perfect!

Beautiful pod, beautiful scenery, made to feel very welcome, really clean, great high standards.

I was scared there alone, no one in the other 2 pods, I was with my 2 children & we were all freaked out by the dark, no lighting, cant see where you're driving even down to the pods then you're literally out in the fields completely alone, it wa a very scary experience, we left early. There needs to be more pods to feel safe out there, way too isolated and needs mentioning on the bookings page just how remote this is. Place beautiful but way too isolated!
