Best for a week stay, not for laptop/work!

I like that it's simple, clean, self service kitchenette, and quiet building. I like that decor and enough lighting too. I stayed for a week and it was wonderful stay - from Dublin to Thessaloniki.

I didn't like the bar stools at all. If working on laptop that wooden chairs need padding, I used a cushion but my legs are short. Very uncomfortable chair if one is working for 6hours. Had to keep standing.

Give the price of the place, did not feel like it was worth it. You pay for the location. The place was clean and comfor

Fantastic location and right by the city centre at the heart of all the action. Comfortable and modern with good kitchen hardware and appliances!

Was promised a queen bed and a sofa bed but the sofa bed was dirty and no clean sheets to cover it up, only a dirty blanket and one pillow. Bathroom had a bad smell when we first arrived that did not disappear and would make a loud and disturbing sound every few minutes alongside the kitchen sink though this was a bit less often. It mentioned a cleaning service every morning which just never came, and although it said it had parking this was not included in the stay and had to have my vehicle be in a parking lot for 15-17 euros a day. On top of that, instructions to connect to the wifi were not clear and had to inquire further until eventually it was figured out. Thought maybe things would turn around with being granted a late checkout, but it was declined :(

A well located comfortable apartment.

it's all "location location location". And this place has all three. very close to the social part of town, near the sea front, the best restaurants, the bars and clubs (it might be considered a bit far from the theater and tower, but i wasn't there for the theater or tower - and tbh it's not _that_ far - maybe a 15 - 20 minute walk through the active social part of town). And to top it off it's also next the the grand parking (which is one of the good parking places that's open 24/7 + there's also other places nearby if you really need it). If you're driving in as I was - it's also very easy to get to - no navigating backstreets etc. what else - comfortable, modern, well furnished, clean, bright, surprisingly quiet considering its location (that is with the window shut, with it open, it's noisier). Thanks for the gratis coffee pods Shower was good. There's a drinks place (cash and carry) just opposite to purchase water / drinks It might be worth pointing out that i was only there for one evening, and leaving in the morning. however - i'd have no issues to book the place for longer had my stay required it.

If i had to find something that I didn't like that much (which is the question i'm asked). * The sofa isn't the most comfortable sofa i've sat on - it's not bad, just not that great * maintenance could do with a bit of step up - bathroom tap was a little wobbly (though perfectly functional)

Disappointing experience

We were not satisfied overall. The only positive thing was that the property was near the parking garage.

We were at the apartment number 108. We did not have a wardrobe, nor hangers to hang and place our clothes. Facility manager was not helpful, after many calls and attempts to contact and find a clothes storing solution or get clean towels and bedding. The towels were not changed not even once, even though we were at the property for 4 days. The apartment is positioned on a very noisy street and we were not able to rest. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations on multiple fields.

Horrible!!!

It was horrible!!!! Don’t stay there!!! The place was very dirty. Loads of spiders and mosquitoes. Very loud. The worst thing was the very uncomfortable bed. There was no tea. Only coffee and we had to clean the coffee machine first. But the bed is so horrible we didn’t sleep at all. We had to drive home very tired. Not worth your money. We should of stayed in the proper hotel place for that amount of money!!!

The apartment was very close to the city center, 10 min walk. The district has a beautiful little restaurants and bars right around the corner. Very nice and clean.

Warning: please read before you book

Nicely decorated and good location right in the city centre.

Please DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL if you want a quiet and restful stay. It is located next to a rooftop bar/club which stays open until 5-6am. You can hear the music and shouting all night long. This was not mentioned and apparently the accomodation has a quiet policy from 11pm which they clearly cannot uphold. The room also smelt like cigarettes when we first walked in. Overall do not recommend.

The facility next to the house, view from my room was the strip club , a lot of building work making sound. People had a party from friday on saturday and were very loud whole night No cabbet to hang the clothes. Only 1 chair at the kitchen table. No thee to make , but 2 coffee capsules to make coffee ( let s say someone is not drinking coffee)

Easy to find, clean and comfortable. It’s good for a short stay, we only stayed for one night. Well equiped kitchen. Location is very practical.

They have a few apartments, unfortunately we were in one that looks directly at the striptease club. The light from it was obnoxious even with the curtains on so it was hard to fall asleep.

The location is great - very central. The apartments were generally clean and comfortable.

There was no WiFi internet connection during our stay. A chair or more hangers on the walls or in the bathroom would have been nice - there were no hangers for clothes at all.

The location was very nice, in a convenient walking distance from Aristotelous square. It was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable! I really liked the use of passcode to get into the building.

Given that overall, i am very happy with this room, the only things i d say is to put some hangers in the bathroom and next to the door & separate the light from the ventilation in the bathroom because it's too noisy. Also - the room had some humidity, which i understand and it can be easily gone if you open a window, but maybe a ventilation (quiet one) in the room could be usefull. ** I wasn't familiar with the lock box next to the room door, so it took us a while to figure it out. Maybe you can add a mini guide/how to in the text you send, along with the room location and the door passcode.

One of the best accomodations in Thessaloniki

The Place was extremely clean, and well designed, the apartment had everything that you can possibly need. This place can be classified as a +4Star Hotel very good value for money. Highly recommend this place if you find yourself in Thessaloniki.

There are a few parking spaces however you don't mind walking 5 minutes there are a lot of paid underground parking places.

Internet didn't work, had to hotspot to play netflix. Loud music from nearby or next door club will stop you sleeping even with earplugs. Hot water doesn't last long enough to wash hair regarldess of how long you wait Lots of bugs/mosquitos around. No hooks for towels

I left a day early as was fed up with the room albeit I had sent a message but zero done to rectify.

The room was clean.

The air con did not lower temps under 21/22 I had my own temperature gauge. The mosquitos were very active and I bought a number of extra repellants. But the common parts and the lift especially were a health hazard. Building work started at 8 am and could be heard easily as adjacent. The Wi-Fi was very poor and intermittent.

Horrible! the worst place I went in my whole life! you can see the photos of the mosquitoes in the apartment and also the photos of the strip tease clubs, directly neighbor to the apartment really a nightmare! I cannot believe that neither the owner, nor Booking told me about this I had to find another hotel in a hurry the owner promised to give me the money back and did not keep his word. as soon as I found another place to stay, he decided not to give the money back any more.

thousands of life and thousands of dead mosquitoes in the apartment. you can see the photos I took of some of them. it was unpossible to stay there. in 15 min inside that place, I got many many many mosquito bites the owner promised to give us the money back, we went to another hotel. later on he did not keep his word and did not give the money back! the apartment is at the side of 2 prostiution places, night club with strip tease. you can see the fotos, apartment at the left side, 2 strip tease clubs at the right. I rent it for my family. Neither the owner, nor Booking did inform about this terrible location. so disapointet. really, such a horrible experience there, I do not which this to my worst enemy!

Clean apartment with all the facilities we needed and more. Apartment was in a great location in the centre of the city. The interior furnishings were lovely.

Very noisy plumbing system which was very annoying - lots of noise when taking shower or using the taps. Fair amount of noise coming from outside the building at night which was massively helped by using ear plugs at night. Lots of mosquitos inside the apartment. Instructions on how to turn on the hot water were a bit unclear.

Hi! first of all, the room is not the one shown in the pictures. it is much smaller . There are no chairs at the table. if you want to eat, you can eat standing up. The Washing Machine doesn t exist, Even if It is Mentioned in the description of the apartment. the internet does not work, does not connect. the chandeliers have no bulbs. just a few of them. the cleaning lady didn't even take the trash for 5 days. the building is not finished, so starting at 8:00 in the morning, noise from the works can be heard. No phone alarme was needed in the morning. you have nowhere to hang a hanger or a towel. there are a lot of mosquitoes in the elevator, in the hall and in the room. Last night i literally Could not Sleep because of the mosquitoes. It is Not ok! AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: it smells horrible. on the penultimate day of my stay, the smell of sewage woke me up. you actually can't stay in the room because of the smell. I used all the perfume. the room is modern and the building as well But that s all… Sadly. and I was also upset on the first day because they told me that the check-in was at 2 p.m., I arrived at 2 p.m. and even the room was not ready. they told us to come back in an hour. We were tired because of the 11 hours of drive and we wanted to rest But It was Not posibile. not professional at all. I came on vacation to relax. not to have more problems than I have at home. on the website it seemed like a great location and I couldn't wait to get there. but unfortunately it was not pleasant at all. noise from the repairs, horrible smell from the sink, lots of mosquitoes. my boyfriend took the mop bucket from the hallway and cleaned the room. we took a mini broom from the car to collect the hair and dust from the floor and we took the trash ourselves. we had nowhere to eat, due to the lack of chairs. I had to wash my clothes at the sink. it is not normal.

Clean, modern, pleasant decor. Security good. Good air con. Good wi-fi

Was right in the middle of 3 strip clubs, not appropriate for a family stay. The sofa bed was not fit for purpose. It had a wooden panel all across the middle which was impossible to sleep on. I would encourage the hosts to sleep on it for a night and then re-think. Pillows also very uncomfortable. I burned and blistered my hand on the shower (when heat level not even half way) as there are no temperature control valves. This is incredibly dangerous and thankfully I used the shower before my children did. We were welcomed with heavy drilling for about an hour on day 1. There was again heavy drilling the next morning. The building is derelict above floor 1 so first floor being rented while building of many, many floors is slowly being refurbished. Very noisy location generally with traffic and strip clubs.
