Perfect spot in a calm area, well connected to the city center!

Perfect spot! Located in a very silent area, a little bit outside of the city center, however, very well connected thanks to city trains stopping regularly nearby. The train station is located approx. 5mins walk from the hostel, the room was clean and fully equipped. The owner was very helpful and nice :) I can totally recommend.

No negative points to be raised.

Schönes und gepflegtes Gästezimmer an der Elbe

Perfekt gelegen im schönen Hamburg-Nienstedten. Ruhige Nachbarschaft, aber fußläufig zur S-Bahn und zum Bus - und natürlich zur Elbe. Die Hotelbar des bekannten Luxushotels Louis C. Jacob ist auch nicht weit - da haben wir einen entspannten Absacker genommen. Perfekt für uns!

Leider ohne Frühstück! Aber viel schlimmer, die Heizung war gedrosselt, so das ich fror! Nur Sommerbettdecke und eine dünne, nicht wärmende weitere Decke haben mich in der Nacht zittern lassen.

Das Mobiliar ist doch sehr alt oder ne lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Es gab keine Duschhandtücher und keine Haken im Bad um irgendetwas aufzuhängen oder abzulegen . Bad insgesamt superklein. Dafür ist es zu teuer, 70€ wären angemessen

Très bon séjour dans un endroit calme et résidentiel - Hambourg est fantastique !

Propreté de la chambre et de la salle d'eau + Bouilloire d'eau chaude et thé-lait + Aide de Petra qui est très à l'écoute et qui cherche à répondre aux attentes - besoins de ses clients.

Seul petit bémol, pas de coffre-fort ou d'endroit fermant à clef (tiroir avec serrure mais la clef dans le tiroir ne ferme pas le tiroir en question).

ich finde das der Preis viel zu hoch ist für so ein kleines Zimmer mit Dusche/Toilette, es war ja als sehr klein angegeben, ist o.k., aber der Preis von 100€ doch sehr, sehr hoch. Durch die Kleinheit war der Comfort nicht mehr gegeben.

Haus in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen schicken Vorort-Gegend in Hamburg. Ein kleines gemütliches Zentrum gibt es in 15 Gehminuten mit 2 Bäcker einschl. Café zum Frühstücken. Die Elbe ist nicht weit entfernt. Von dort kann man wunderbar in Richtung Hamburg Hafen oder Blankenese spazieren gegangen werden. Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffeesticks. Bett war sehr bequem.

Ich fand es teuer ohne Frühstück und so weit abgelegen von Hamburg City.

sauber und klar geregelter Zugang die Sanitäreinheit ist wirklich eng, nur 80 cm breit, da wird Zähnepitzen zum Yoga

Es ist eine Wohngegend. Da kein Frühstück angeboten wird, muss man losziehen, um einzukaufen. Der nächste REWE oder vergleichbar ist 2,1 km entfernt. Also abends um die Ecke etwas essen oder früh zum Frühstück in einen Bäcker ist eher nicht so.

Perfekt für ein bis drei Nächte in einem sehr gepflegten Umfeld.

Die Lage war für uns aufgrund der Nähe zum Hotel Louis C, Jakob und einer dort veranstalteten Hochzeit ideal. Der Schlüsselempfang hat pünktlich und bestens geklappt, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend und alles super sauber, jederzeit wieder, wenn wir in Hamburg sind, recht herzlichen Dank noch einmal für alles!

Accomodatie in een mooie, rustige en heel groene buurt. Kamer basic, maar schoon en netjes. Prima uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes naar Hamburg. In-check en sleutelprocedure met cijfercodes werkt uitstekend.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Ich hatt ein kleines, praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer während meines Aufenthaltes. Das Preis/Leistungsverjältnis entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und wurde vor der Anreise gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, fussläufig zur Elbe und den Elbparks. Die Dusche und das Bad ist sehr klein. Korpulentere Personen werden leichte Probleme haben, sich darin zu bewegen. Ich kann aber die Unterkunft für kurz Reisende empfehlen.

Eine einfache, blitzsaubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen und perfektem Service über die Hotl

Die Lage war für mich hervorragend; es gab kostenfreie Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück; es war alles blitzsauber; die Ausstattung ist einfach die Zimmer nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend als bloße Übernachtungsmöglichkeit und Standort für Unternehmungen in Hamburg; ich hatte zunächst über booking.com gebucht für eine Übernachtung, wollte dann dasselbe Zimmer für eine weitere Übernachtung haben und hatte mich deswegen an die Unterkunft selbst gewandt und hatte schließlich noch mal um eine weitere Nacht verlängert; die Unterkunft hatte jeweils sofort geantwortet, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es hat alles perfekt geklappt.

Unkompliziert in bester grüner Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Kurztrip nach Hamburg, speziell, um die Elbvororte entlang der Elbe zu Fuß zu erkunden mit historischen Parkanlagen und uraltem Baumbestand, schönen Lokalitäten und hübschen Geschäften. Der Weg zur S-Bahn für einen Besuch der Innenstadt ist kurz. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel, Bäckereien (fürs Frühstück) und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer keinen Hotelservice etc. benötigt, ist in der Unterkunft gut aufgehoben. Checkin und Checkout sind denkbar unkompliziert. Trotz Hafengeburtstag war es sehr ruhig im Haus.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns einen kleinen Kühlschrank und ein größeres Bad gewünscht.

Etwas ab vom Schuss, aber in toller Lage!

Die ruhige Lage ist wirklich Klasse! Das Zimmer war für ein eine Person angemessen und für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung. Wer länger bleiben möchte sollte sich vielleicht ein größeres Zimmer anschauen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in Hamburg sind einen absolute Seltenheit, hier gibt es sie. Spitze! Und die S-Bahn ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. So kann der Wagen einfach stehen bleiben.

- einigermaßen sauber - problemloser Check-In, obwohl ohne Rezeption - kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit - S-Bahn-Haltestelle mit Direktanbindung in die City fußläufig erreichbar

- sehr hellhörig und laut - Bad ziemlich eng, sehr kleines Waschbecken - Zimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen

prettig werktripje in een goed voorziene accomodatie in rustige omgeving

Prettige accomodatie in rustige, lommerrijke omgeving. Veel eenpersoonskamers aanwezig. Er is ook een kapel. Dit gebouw hoort bij een seminarie voor predikanten. Door de weeks wordt het meestal gebruikt als overnachtingsplek voor hen die daar de opleiding volgen. In de weekenden en vakanties wordt het verhuurd aan "gewone" gasten. In de kamer wordt je niet lastig gevallen met religie, maar het zijn zakelijke slaap-werk-kamers. De kamers zijn zeer goed voorzien, hebben een groot werkbureau met veel stopcontacten, en zijn ruim. Heel geschikt dus, voor wie in het weekend voor het werk een taak in Hamburg heeft. Ook geschikt voor vakantiegangers die rust zoeken, of fietsers want er is een fietsenstalling. En er zijn enkele gratis parkeerplekken. Bij het S-bahnstation is een grote parkeerplaats. Op de weg bij de accomodatie mag je niet parkeren.

De digitale incheck bij de buitendeur lukte wel, maar bij de sleutelkast niet. Toen heb ik het aangegeven telefoonnumer van de beheerder gebeld, die mij meteen prettig te woord stond, en het direct op afstand regelde. Zo kon ik toch snel mijn kamer in met mijn kamersleutel. De accomodatie ligt 10 minuten (met koffers) lopen vanaf S-bahn Hochkamp. De straat heeft geen trottoir, maar een aardepad in de berm. Je kunt eventueel op deze rustige weg lopen met je koffers. Het lichtknopje van de badkamer was lastig te vinden, en zit boven het bed. Verder was alles prima verzorgd.
