L’unica cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è la posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro.
Vorrei segnalare alcuni aspetti critici del mio soggiorno. Innanzitutto, il ritiro delle chiavi avviene presso la sede di Trieste Hosting, situata in una zona distante dall'appartamento; una procedura che ho trovato estremamente scomoda, aggravata da un'attesa di 25 minuti a causa della coda. Una volta arrivati, abbiamo riscontrato gravi carenze igieniche: tra le lenzuola c'erano capelli e peli. Nonostante la disponibilità del personale nel rimandare subito l'addetto alle pulizie, è evidente che la biancheria non fosse stata cambiata in precedenza. In generale, la pulizia dell'alloggio lasciava a desiderare. Credo che simili disattenzioni siano inaccettabili, specialmente a fronte del prezzo pagato: la pulizia è la base del rispetto verso il cliente.
