Great central location and easy access to the apartment, free parking on the spot is amazing. 😉
Parking access is a little tricky with too many keys/remote controls when you are rushed by traffic behind to get in (a bit more explanation in text/video + English descriptions on the keyholders would be helpful), but finally I have managed well and the in-house garage is really convenient. 😀
Air conditioning in the apartment would be nice in the summer. 🌞

Posizione, box auto in zona con scarse possibilità di parcheggio, se non a pagamento
Scarsa pulizia, questi appartamenti vanno lasciati in ordine e puliti, ma sarebbe altrettanto carino trovarli puliti a modo e non sporchi. Ad ogni modo ineccepibile la disponibilità del proprietario a risolvere subito il problema.
