Ottima posizione, la vicinanza con via XX settembre è un punto di forza. Di notte si dorme bene e non ci sono rumori vari.
La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, le dotazioni erano incomplete( mancavano i cucchiaini, e alcune posate), la cappa non funzionava e nel bagno la mensola in vetro era instabile. Il citofono era staccato (probabilmente causato da qualche cliente precedente) come la maniglia della porta principale e nessuno è venuto a ripararla malgrado la segnalazione al proprietario. I mobili hanno segni di qualche fumatore indisciplinato. Manca un posto per la sistemazione dei trolley.
