Love Stornoway the people, the food the ambience.

Flat spacious and with lot of light, we loved it.

It is located in an historical building. Everything was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, well equipped, in good location, clean, everything well functioning. When entered we found fresh milk and biscuits to make us a welcome tea, and a local magazine with the events of the month. The owner was very helpful in everything. We had the impression that the place was very new, but a look at the guest book told us about years of experience and happy guests. We hope we’ll be back.

The parking is not really a private parking. There is a courtyard with some parking spaces, but there is no one reserved for the flat, so we often had to park in the street just in front. This was not a problem at all for this time of the year (Easter holidays) but it could be a problem during the most busy season.

Loved It.

Everything was perfect to me. The view to the harbour and castle was fantastic. The kitchen had everything you need. There were lots of information leaflets about interesting places that should be seen while being on the isle. Questions were ansewered within minutes or less than an hour. I would definately stay here again.

Sometimes I got a little cold, even with the heating on. But on a two floor flat all alone and being away the whole day I expected that. There were additional blankets in the living room that could be used until it got warmer in the flat after returning from a whole day out.

Perfect location, to visit the Isle of.Lewis & Hsrris, near the Car ferry terminal & city sites! Close to Castle but.quiet! The summer festival closes at 9pm, outside windows.expected.to be noisy! Was quier! Recemnned visiting the Isle of lewis & Hareis! this location perfect spot to do this!

Gemütliche grosse Unterkunft an sehr zentraler Lage!

Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und komfortabel. Die zentrale Lage und die tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen waren topp. Dort waren neben unzähligen Möwen und Fischerbooten auch Kegelrobben zu sehen. Gleich bei der Unterkunft gab es 2-3 Pubs und viele Einkaufsgeschäfte.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Eine Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt . Tolle Lage am alten Hafen. Sehr schöner Blick auf das Castle. Geschäfte und Lokale zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr schön für mehrere Tage... und gut gelegen um die Highlights von Lewis zu erkunden.
