A bit disappointing, wouldn’t stay again (couldn’t stay again in that sofa). We were on the 7am ferry out, so having to

Great location, easy parking, lots of space.

The late check in was a bit rich considering you have the strip all the beds yourself. The sofa bed was atrocious, couldn’t sleep on it, folded it away and slept on the (only slightly) more comfortable lounge. Only 2 towels provided for 3 people. Heater instructions did not match system, response from owner took a long time.

Really lovely place to stay in Stornoway. Could walk to town centre in 5 minutes, castle close by.

Keys easily accessible. Was able to get in before originally agreed checkin time. Everything needed is provided for and of good quality; very comfortable apartment. Great rain shower and lots of hot water. Host very responsive to emails. Ideal place to self cater.

2 night stay

Stornoway apartments was genuinely like a home from home. The flat was so warm and cosy. It was spotless also, just a quaint wee place. It had all amenities you have at home and everything was easy to use/find. From the start the communication from the owner was spot on, we were given all info of how to get in etc which helped me as I suffer with some anxiety. We were able to check in when we got there which was perfect as we had a 7/8 hour journey to get to Stornoway from our home. The bed was really comfortable and shower was lovely. The flat is within walking distance of all restaurants, shops etc which was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone going for a visit to Stornoway. Thank you Ken and Team

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable bed and very clean. Superb powerful shower and nice large bath.

Struggled to open the key lock box and so much so we had to leave the flat unlocked when we left. The shower could have done with a tray to hold gels, shampoos etc.

Lovely spacious, modern and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a few days away.

Lovely apartment in Stornoway. Very well equipped. (We were able to get our washing done on arrival!) Super comfy bed. Great shower and separate huge bath. Very clean and comfortable. Private off road parking.

The windows steamed up a bit but just due to the age of property with single glazed windows. Apartment was still nice and warm.

A perfect place to enjoy Stornoway and what it has to offer

This was not just a holiday apartment. I could have lived there. The bed was huge. Communication with the host was excellent. Everything we needed was there and much attention was paid to keep it covid safe.

Can't think of anything that was missing. Maybe instructions on what to do if the building fire alarm goes off and it is a false alarm. It did when we were there but the caretaker was quick to turn up and show us what to do.

An enjoyable stay and very convenient for exploring the Isle of Lewis

It was large and well equipped and we appreciated having a bath as well as a shower

We know we were the first guests post lock-down, and when we arrived in the evening we found the apartment had not been heated. We were very cold at first, especially overnight.

Grosse, komfortable Wohnung an guter Lage. Vollständige Einrichtung.

Wegen den einfach verglasten alten Fenstern leidet die Wohnqualität. Die Einstellungen für Warmwasser haben wir nicht verstanden, sollte aber auch nicht Sache des Mieters sein. Beleuchtung in Küche und Wohnzimmer schwach.
