Intermittent WiFi

Totally remote, Our dog was enclosed and free to wonder in garden. Goats, geese, peacocks etc in next field. Watching a herd of deer bed down for the night in opposite field just a few yards away. Basic decor but well equipped

Access road could be challenging to non confident drivers. Next field owners dogs were massive and imposing. Lots of live/ dead bugs in house..... not sure if it had been used for a while. Never saw owner and did not respond to a question I had via booking

Very comfortable mattress.

The neighbours were absolutely horrible. We had parked in what we thought was a public parking space (not on someone’s drive or anything). 11pm, the door is being banged on and there’s shouting outside. She woke us up, scared the crap out of us and our dogs, shouting at us that we'd parked in 'her' space. We'd parked next to the white abandoned car, as it's not directly outside someone else's property and because it's a tight space to get up into the driveway. The same neighbours then proceeded to make us feel extremely uncomfortable over the next few days, staring at us and one even took a photo of me packing the car. I think it might have been a homophobic thing. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.
