Very cosy, clear, quiet and clean house. Very well equipped (e.g., all you need to cook the fresh fish you can buy on Stornoway port) and perfectly located (walking distance from town center, and you can easily drive to all the interesting sites on Lewis and Harris in less than an hour). The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions, the check in/check out processes were simple and easy. The welcome basket (plenty of goods things including fresh eggs and wine..) was a plus, specially when arriving late. Large parking space.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought had gone into every detail. The house was spotless and beautifully presented, with excellent facilities that made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Everything we could possibly need was provided—and more.
What really stood out was how family-friendly the property was. Having toys and books available for children and babies made such a difference and showed a genuine level of thoughtfulness from the hosts. It created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and made it feel like a home away from home.
Overall, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and truly special place to stay.

Really well-equipped. Appreciated the bread/biscuits. Eggs, milk and juice were also generously supplied though we didn't use them. The house was only a ten minute walk from the main streets. Very quiet and comfortable.
