Very good accommodation and I would gladly recommend it to anyone

Welcome food and milk and excelent washer dryer much appreciated. House was very clean and warm. Shower was nice and roomy with lots of hot water.

The 2 piece suite was too low and soft for us as we have slight mobility problems but the dining chairs were just right.

The house was spotless and and well equipped it was warm and cosy, there was Milk tea and coffee and some other items to start you off. The house is located about 5 minutes walk from Stornoway town centre, the area is quiet with very little traffic or noise.

Great property, lovely location!!

Lovely location with local amenities (we ate at HS1 which was amazing) Stornoway is a great base for exploring the must see tourist spots (Luskentyre and Hushinish beaches a must and Lews Castle) The house was modern and spotless, the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and there is a small garden. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water from a powerful shower. Great communication with the owner and a welcome basket waiting for us with local goodies which was a lovely personal touch. Plenty of leaflets with recommendations for local sights, restaurants, takeaways etc and access to the property available immediately on arrival thanks to a key safe, so no waiting around. Would definitely recommend this property, a genuine homely feel.

Some of the items that were said to be in the house were not there, ect games and a book exchange that we were looking forward too. Also neighbors were noisy through the wall in the last night as it is a joined house.

Central, clean and perfect for families!

Basket of goodies was great. Lovely clean, fresh space. Central location. Host was very helpful when contacted. Completely left to get on with it. Fresh towels provided which was a nice surprise! Couldn't fault the stay.

Amenities included sugar in little packets and tiny packs of butter. Would've preferred a block or butter and usual sugar but honestly not a problem at all. Tesco is two minutes down the road if it really bothers you!

Clean with good fixtures and fittings. Excellent shower too. Washer/dryer very useful to people on a road trip. Private parking great.

A truly convenient and delightful place to stay in Stornoway.

Situated on the cornet of a quiet residential street and a short walk from the town centre, the house is simply, but tastefully, furnished, with a very full array of equipment, crockery, and cutlery. The knives in the rack were razor-sharp, loo rolls and towels were of high quality, and the shower good and easy to use. It was a warm house, with easy to use central heating controls. The only things that could have improved our stay would have been a mountain view to the rear and a sea view to the front of the property! There was even a welcome pack with milk, bread, cake, plus tin foil, coffee and tea.

Perfectly located to explore Lewis and drive to Harris. Within walking distance of Lews Castle, trails, downtown Stornaway. Thorough instructions on household amenities and suggestions for exploring. So many amenities with added touch of milk in refrigerator and good for breakfast. And host Samantha was easily reached and so very accommodating.

Terrific stay in Stornaway.

The house was beautifully appointed with everything we needed including a washing machine & a dryer. On arriving we found a lovely welcome pack with milk, bread, a cake & biscuits, it was such a lovely gesture. The location of the house is terrific, very close to town & easy to get too from the ferry. We loved our stay at Kennedy Terrace & would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Stornaway.

Fabulously appointed two bedroom house, ideal for a few days in Stornoway.

This is a two bedroom property and the rental is for the whole property. It was great to have the whole house. The property was beautifully equipped and a lot of thought had clearly gone into what was there. The host provided a lovely welcome pack with some basics which again was really welcome. There was parking offroad, which was great.

Location is ok, part of a housing estate. Property is a little out from the centre of Stornoway, but only about a 10 minute walk.

À real holiday home away from home

We felt very much at ease in the house and enjoyed all the amenities, like washing machine, TV, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living-room and many other things to make our stay comfortable. The town center and the supermarkets are within walking distance. We had one rainy day and were extremely happy to stay in such a nice accommodation.

It was spacious, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The welcome basket was lovely and much appreciated. The bed, pillows and bedding were comfortable - which we consider of utmost importance!

The bed in the master bedroom was a bit small for us. My husband is 6’3” and his feet hung out the bottom!

The perfect home for a relaxing trip away

This property exceeded all expectations, which, based on the previous reviews, were already high. It was just so easy to find, get into and really made for a wonderful stay. Location is walking distance to town. Uphill on way back, but no problem for us. The little welcome basket was such a classy touch and the welcome pack with information was invaluable. Parking space was perfect, garden looked lovely and had we stayed longer we would have made more use of it
