The house is within easy reach of Stornoway Town Centre and in a quiet little cul-de-sac. It was clean and tidy, basic without any frills. Cutlery, crockery and cleaning materials were provided. There is TV. The rooms are bright. The instructions to collect the key and gain entry were accurate.
At £135 per night (we stayed for 2 nights, and so £270) the price is, in my view, pretty steep, but then again, the hotels are exorbitant. Lewis is a great place to visit, but at these prices, we won't be doing it often.
