Really fantastic holiday home, would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Fantastic little holiday home. Close to Stornoway town centre (within half hour walk on good footpaths or 5 min drive). Really well equipped and very clean and tidy.

To get into the garden you do have to go out the main door and into the garden via a gate, so couldn’t let the dog directly outside - but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Nice little house in Stornoway which has everything and great base for exploring the islands

Very friendly and helpful hosts. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was in great condition. Fresh flowers in living room and bottle of wine added to the warm welcome

Comfortable and homely bungalow with everything you could need.

Quiet location just a few minutes drive from Stornoway town centre. Having an entire house was wonderful. Fully equipped kitchen is great for when you don’t want to eat out. The shower malfunctioned during our stay and Ken fitted a new one that same day. The bed is comfy and soft. Owners live across the street and are welcoming and helpful. They even left us flowers and wine (which didn’t last long!). Highly recommend this as a base for exploring Lewis and Harris if you want to be self catering.

A wonderful New Year in stunning Lewis.

So handy for Stornoway/the ferry and lovely the owners are across the road if needed.

It was a wee but cold as sitting at minus outside but heating locked at 20 - we could have asked for it to be unlocked but didn’t like to bother people.

Friendly welcome, clean, lots of information available, everything we needed was there, great facilities. Lovely touches like flowers and wine. Great position for us to explore the island from, close to amenities we needed and ferry port for early ferry home.

A lovely property

Lovely place to stay, had all the facilities we needed and is situated in a nice quiet spot just outside of Stornoway. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lewis and Harris is a stunning part of Scotland and it was great to come home to such a nice property and relax after spending the daytime's exploring the Islands.

Great place to stay on Lewis

Good facilities, good parking and location. Helpful friendly hosts. Comfortable furnishings. Was expensive for a weeks stay, but that's just the market rate when everyone is staying in the UK for holidays.

Internet was unreliable (thought this was due to the island location, but found other places were absolutely fast). Shower was fairly low pressure.

Great wee break in lovely accommodation on the Isle of Lewis

Location of the property was excellent with a nearby coastal daily walk with my dog. The owner lived nearby which was handy to deal with any queries. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and appliances. Bathroom has a fabulous shower! Warm cosy wee house in a quiet estate just outside Stornoway an excellent base to explore the island but in easy access of supermarkets and shops for provisions and fuel.

Everything was fine although we had a wee problem connecting more than one device to the internet WiFi. Everything else was superb.

Very clean and modern

Thanks for the welcome pack. The house is not spacious and quite far out of town but that turned out to be a good place for travel. Can’t fault the property in cleanliness and furnishings but it is compact with only one toilet between 4. Good value for money though. Thanks K & I. Xx

We had an excellent stay at An Airigh, exactly what we were looking for.

Wine, tea bags, coffee and fresh flowers on arrival, nice touch. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately there was no bath, not many places had them in comparison.

Hosts were warm and approachable. They were there to greet us on our arrival and flexible about our check out time. House was clean, fresh, comfortable and well situated for exploring the island. Would happily use again.
