It was close to the village centre and the ferry port. The property was clean, functional, homely and well equipped. Exactly as described and we had everything we needed.

The apartment was well presented with a very generous welcome pack, and lots of essential food extras not always found in self catering accommodation. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we had everything we needed. The owners have chosen a lovely beach/sea view picture for the wall across from the breakfast table - a very nice touch. We were very comfortable in the apartment, and the shower was excellent. Great use has been made of relatively small space. A prefect base to explore Lewis from.

Convenient location with plenty of free parking. Clean and tidy property, and simple controls for heating / hot water and facilities. Overall pretty good place to stay for a couple of nights.
Directions to the property could have been a bit clearer as the house numbers to not follow the conventional pattern but got there eventually. Towels are very small and a heated towel rail would be handy for more than a single night. Not major things though.
