The most comfortable I have ever been on a work trip.

It was convenient location, very well set up and comfortable, everything worked well and the thought and effort gone to the welcome package was fantastic.

I can’t really complain, only observation is that during the day the staff in the shop below make a lot of noise with doors slamming and what not - however not really a complaint as they are just doing their job. The properties location, comfort, facilities, and the ease with which everything was in terms of instruction and usage I really cannot fault it.

Great base to explore Lewis & Harris

Very nice clean and well equipped flat almost at the centre of Stornoway, serving perfectly the purpose for four travellers. We got plenty of goodies in the welcomming package and appreciated some useful stuff in kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfy and living room was spatious. The was plenty of free parking space in front of the flat. The host was very kind and responsive.

We didn't manage to access the advertised free Netflix but that was no real issue for us.

Convenient for a one-night stop to catch the ferry

The property was easy to get into and it was wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer to get some laundry done. The owners had kindly left us some crisps and popcorn and beer - my friend appreciated these in particular. I slept in the bunk bed while my friend had the double room. My bed was okay but I had no bedside table and the room was very cramped, even if I had been a child rather than an adult. This flat makes an acceptable one-night stopover en route to catch a ferry but it just didn’t feel very homely. The instructions and communication were all clear.

I think it could have been a bit cleaner and perhaps ditch the wardrobe in the bunk room to provide more space so the door opens with a suitcase in the room. It’s just very cramped.

This property needs substantial refit kitchen basic cupboards old and little space in kitchen no dishwasher one could refit with small under sink oneholiday makers who have these at home really expect them for the price Bathroom tiling now looking tired and bit mouldy in places Shower overflows a bit and clearly this is common as there is a plunger provided for it Tiny double bedroom little hanging space

A great find!

The location is wonderful! It's right on the main street but on the quieter end (about a 5 minute drive from the ferry terminal). We walked to town or across to the Lewis Castle grounds in 1-3 minutes, lots of great restaurants, shops and walking/hiking trails very nearby. The beds are comfortable, the living area was cozy with a little fireplace and the kitchen was well stocked. There is also a washer and dryer onsite. Also very private with onsite parking.

The windows look out onto buildings, which feels inconsequential given all the perks (and we were out exploring all day anyway).

There is no view from the flat, the floor of the flat is not level and the top of the entrance stair is a bit odd. To get to the shower room you have to go through the sitting room from the bedrooms.

Great central location, lots of parking. Flat was really clean and comfortable and the welcome snacks were a lovely touch. Hosts communicated well. Great place to stay.

The perfect place for a couple to stay for a few nights, really comfortable.

Lovely cosey flat in an ideal quiet location but within easy walking distance of places. Really comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Great parking and some lovely little touches left by the hosts which made it feel very welcoming. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The heater in the bathroom didn't seem to work however once we worked out the door to the airing cupboard could also be used across the top of the stairs everywhere warmed up a treat. Everything else was spot on.

Nice character property well located.

This is a very pleasant character apartment which is well located and offers plenty of parking. All the rooms are pleasantly designed and comfortable. The bathroom is particularly attractive with a really good sized shower bay.

The only thing that would have been an improvement would be to have some direct light onto the lockbox that houses the key. I had to use the light on my phone to be able to put in the code which meant juggling things quite a bit.

This place was wonderful! It definitely exceeded my expectations. The Flat was clean, cutely decorated and in a good location. It had everything we needed from washer/dryer, to kitchen and comfortable living space. The host left details/directions on flat and also left helpful recommendations on local attractions and restaurants. The host did a nice job on making us feel welcome and at home.

Had a really great stay at this lovely flat.

This is a great holiday flat and we loved every minute there. We got a lovely surprise of a welcome pack on arrival and some basics in the fridge and cupboards to get us started. The flat itself has all mod cons and is well located for shops, pubs etc. Highly recommended.
