Our host was great! He was very understanding regarding my mixing up the date of our stay. Loved it!

The location was not central bu because we had a car it was not a problem. The apartment was beautifully appointed and a great value. And it had a washer and a clothesline in which to hang our clothes! We were very happy there.

Struttura uguale alle foto.ambiente accogliente.pulito .. c'era tre cialde di caffè.ce la macchina del caffè.cucina e tutto lo che serve per cucinare noi siamo rimasti due giorni.ce un super.ma venerdì alle 18 era già chiuso.. siamo andati a cenare.a un posticino a 4 minuti in macchina si chiama Sale e Zucchero.ottimo cibo.senza spendere troppo.

La unica cosa.un po distante dal centro storico di perugia.ma davanti c'è un pullman che ti porta a mezzo ora in centro.in macchina 15 minuti..

Personal muy amable. Resolvieron rápido un problema con la habitación y me dieron otra. Se ve que ponen mucho cuidado con la limpieza. Estaba muy limpio, a pesar de la antigüedad de los muebles. Hay un grande balcón.

El alojamiento se ve bastante antiguo, habría que renovar la cocina y el baño (falta mantenimiento). En general todo muy correcto y muy limpio, pero poco acogedor comparado con las imágenes promocionales (Decoración inexistente. Luz fría....). Se agradecería la presencia de productos de limpieza en la cocina (por lo menos un trapo). Por más de 120€ por noche me esperaba algo más acogedor

A soli 3 km dalla stazione mini metro per Perugia.

Ottimo il parcheggio sotterraneo. Ottima l’aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze. Ampi spazi e ascensore comodo fino al parcheggio sotterraneo. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. I documenti già richiesti prima del ns arrivo che ci hanno fatto risparmiare tempo di attesa alla reception. Check - out in autonomia.

C’erano solo 3 padelle a disposizione. Sarebbe stato utile avere il forno a microonde. Il terrazzino era carino ma con vista sui cassonetti e passaggio degli addetti allo svuotamento con relativo rumore.

discretamente vicino al centro (raggiungibile comunque solo in auto). ampio parcheggio davanti la struttura.

bagni in condizioni pessime, con mattonelle mancanti, box doccia montato alla meno peggio su uno preesistente , aspiratore rumorosissimo e infine avendo un neonato inspiegabilmente ci hanno assegnato una camera per disabili ove era assente il bidet(mai successo in Italia). Per oltre 100 euro a notte mi aspettavo molto meglio.

Le fughe delle mattonelline a mosaico del bagno erano piene di sporcizia, tv piccolissima, nessun detersivo, spugnette etc secondo loro uno che va per una notte deve portarsi mezza casa da casa???!!!!
