The room was ice cold, and the bathroom even colder. The hotel deceived me by describing that it serves breakfast, which it does not actually serve. in more detail: Given that it was December and the weather was cold, the hotel must have known that it was not enough to keep the air conditioner on for an hour before the guest came to the room. The walls and floor radiated coldness, and I was freezing all night. I couldn't even think about showering. There was no breakfast, even though it was written in the description that the hotel offers breakfast for an extra charge. The possibility of having breakfast in the hotel was the only reason why I chose this hotel and not another one with the same price and better ratings. issuing the invoice took over an hour. I walked around the city until the bill was sent to my email, and that happened only after I called to check why I still haven't received the bill.

The accommodation was obviously new. Everything was clean.

The cleaning lady knocked on our door and seemed eager for us to leave. However, I calmly showed her on Booking that our check-out time was still more than half an hour away. Without offering any apology, she acknowledged that we were entitled to stay until the agreed time. It felt quite unnecessary and unprofessional.

Shower gless was not sealed well on the bottom and water was leaking. This was a minor stuff comparing to good things this property is offering.
