It was clean. Owner is nice. Great place with the whole kitchen, air conditioner and hot shower. Beds were good. Everything was really nice.

Place is a bit further from the city center, so consider that the last bus will be around 23:00. Otherwise get a taxi, which could be cheap if you can bargain good enough, or find local analog of Bolt/Uber.

A week in Macedonia

The hospitality of the people, the quietness of the place, the location makes it a bit far from the main amenities but makes it suitable for a peaceful environment. No complaints at all. Recommended 💯%.

the housekeeper was extremely nice. he is eager to help. extremely budget-friendly, compared to other hotels. there is a cafeteria next-door, where you can get your basic needs and also breakfast

Everything: The accommodation was spotless. I was made to feel so very welcome, it was like staying with friends. The host, Ivan, and his mother were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and a permanent supply of tea and coffee were supplied. I would definitely try to stay there again.

Home away from home

I just field like I am at home. Brand new kitchen, new bathroom, hot water 24h available. Parking just in front the guesthouse. Great wifi that assured to work without limitations online. Digital TV. New AC inverter that filters the air too. Location is 15 min away from the center if you use bus which is good if you want to feel the spirit of the city. Canyon Matka is close to the place that makes it ideal stay if you want to visit it. Nice restaurants and markets at 5 min walking distance, If you are digital nomad this place will provide best working conditions. I will come back for sure.

Amazing value for money, very welcoming atmosphere!

The lady taking care of the guests was lovely, she welcomed us and we had a great chat. We only stayed for one night, but we still felt taken care of. The WiFi was great, the room was comfortable, everything was clean - there is nothing to complain.

The location was on the outskirts of the city, so if you don't have a car, you need to figure out the public transport system. There are a few buses going to the stop near the house, so this is just a head up :) The house was also a little hard to find.

Nice, cosy and relaxing location

The lady who welcomed us in the apartment was very nice and friendly, we interacted daily with her and it was always a pleasure. The room was clean and fresh, the kitchen was equipped with dishes, tea and coffee and all usual amenities like fridge and stovetop. The location was further from the center, but in a very nice neighbourhood, close to bus stops, a nice supermarket and to bars, restaurants and bakeries.

The room isn't walking distance to the center, but a bus stop is located right at the end of the street.

Very low price for very comfortable living. Nice room, awesome bed, cool TV with a lot of channels. Amazing and helpfull owner of the house who brought me medicine when I was feeling sick. House is in the quiet and nice neighborhood 5 minute walk from nearest bus station to Skopje city center.

Wonderful place

Great owner he was very nice with everything that I needed. They had free coffee or hot tea every morning. The room was very clean. Nice and very helpful lady was assisting the guests with anything and was there the whole time. I would recommend this place to anyone in need to stay in Skopje Macedonia and will stay there again.

Very courteous staff and super helpful! I arrived during the cold winter time so the place was a bit cold. Once mentioned to the host, the place felt warmer the next day. Other than that the supermarket is nearby and it's a very quiet neighborhood so very good for resting.

As mentioned, it can get quite cold if you are just arriving back and the room wasn't kept warm while you are away. It can take some time to warm up.

The first impression on the house was good.

It was very cold. Freezing. Blanket provided were very thin and old. The air condition in one of the rooms was making lot of noise it was not possible to sleep. I don't recommend this place for staying in the winter. There are some hotels in the area in the same price range.
