The property was a little old fashion but was very clean, with good size rooms. We effectively took over all the hotel with 8 rooms! it was perfect for our needs for overnight accommodation.

OK for one night but will not come back.

The hotel is located in a quiet place next to a couple of embassies. The apartment we booked was large enough to accommodate a family of five. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was our third stay at the hotel but definitely the last. They have changed the apartment but not the description on the site. So if you're looking at the pictures, they are not relevant anymore. They have removed the electric kettle, the microwave oven, and the dining table from the kitchen. This was the main factor we have chosen to stay here again and we were completely disappointed by what we found. Overall, the hotel is slowly falling apart. Mosquito nets are broken, air conditioning does not work, furniture and appliances are gone, and others that I won't mention. Probably the pandemic and the lack of customers had a serious effect on income and they cannot afford to invest in repairs, but this will only lead to losing more customers, like ourselves.

I gave it an 8, just so I wouldn't spoil their average. (for the price we paid compared to what we got, the real rating would be a weak 3, in my opinion) I don't know who issues the work permit, but in order to be called "Hotel", you need to meet certain standards. 1. They offer parking and then tell you "park there on the street" 2. Welcome arrogant, disastrous. You feel like you're redundant. 3. The room is old and very dirty 4. There are no terraces 5. There are no kitchens 6. There is no refrigerator 7. The tap does not work 8. The shower doesn't work 9. The water is cold 10. There was no hair dryer 11. There was no iron 12. TV is very small, outdated ..... All in all a bad experience, we are often in Skopje and for that price you can definitely find much better accommodation. I'm sorry to have to say all this. But let the management think about whether it should adjust the prices in proportion to what it offers.🤔

Superb

A cosy family-run hotel on great location, just on the skirts of Vodno mountain. Hotel is surrounded with pine trees. Free parking on site. 24 hours front desk. Around 20min walk to the centre of Skopje. A lot of shops near this hotel, maybe 4-5min walk to them.
