Had nice and confortable warm sleep there!!

The hotel room exceeded our expectations. It was thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and convenience. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet and very warm allowing for a great night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast. The room had a quite well-equipped bathroom and the view from the window was very good (at the park). We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I’d definitely stay again

We arrived quite late at night, and the lady at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. As someone who’s extremely picky about cleanliness, I was genuinely impressed. The room, sheets, and bathroom were spotless. Despite being right in the city center, the hotel is tucked away in a peaceful green area, completely free from traffic and any kind of noise. During this trip, we stayed at three different hotels, but this one was by far my favorite. Highly recommended

An absolute bargain in a lovely part of Skopje

Excellent location. A pleasant short walk to the centre yet in lush green surroundings. Free private parking included and easy to find. Predrag on reception is particularly friendly helpful with excellent English. A simple place but amazing value.

Quite basic with older decor but this contributes to a bargain price and everything works well.

e were very impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and its excellent location, which made it easy for us to walk everywhere. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

There was no hair dryer, and this was difficult for me since I hadn't brought one.

You get your money's worth

The host is really friendly and helpful, the location was great, unfortunately there was some festival in the part the night we stayed. If you're just passing thru Skopje then it's perfect for you.

Beds are not so comfortable and there's no ventilation in the bathroom.

Literally everything, location was great, only 15 min walk to the square, very quiet place just beside the beautiful park. And what’s pleasantly surprised me, National Macedonian Orchestra had their rehearsal last evening… being musician myself, they’ve made my day 🙂. Reception lady was unbelievable helpful.

This was a great option for our budget. We loved the location by the city park and a short walk to the best wine bars in town. The staff and owner were genuinely nice.

Those who need wifi would probably want to ask for a room near the reception. We thought it was quite nice to get offline, though.

Sweet and simple hotel, but the staff make it special

The rooms were standard, clean and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for more. The breakfast was a nice selection and was had plenty of options. The location is literally a 5 min walk from the square. However, the highlight, and I cannot stress enough, is how welcoming and lovely the staff are at this hotel! They offered umbrellas when it rained, they booked our taxi to the airport and checked in with us every-time we walked past reception. I’ve never had a hotel treat us like we are in their home. Will 1000% book again with Hotel Kanet. Thank you for the best experience!

Simple and nice

Cozy small hotel. I worked in the my room at first half of a day and nobody disturbed me. There was a little working table and chair — it was very good. I walked at second half and slept very well. Very friendly staff helped with anything. Perfect location — you can go fast to any place in the city.

Old and dated rooms.

Hotel Kanet is overlooking a park, which is nice. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room is pleasant.

Previous reviews indicated that the hotel rooms were "A bit old". I felt that the room was actually very old and dated, with an ancient and dirty carpet and scuffed furniture. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was very old too. Not a pleasant room to stay in unfortunately. The rooms do need complete refurbishment to be comfortable and welcoming.

Good for one or two nights, to visit Skopje.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel even had its own soap and shampoo. There was AC, which was really good given that it was 38 degrees. The view on the parc was really nice.

The bed was very hard and the water was not very warm. When we arrived at 2 a.m. it was even ice cold (which was not always bad because of the temperatures, but uncomfortable nonetheless). There was not much choice for breakfast.

Not happy staying here

Parking available. Not too far from old Town.

There was no hot water in the morning for showering. There is a phone in the room but it doesn't work to call reception. It was my last day of whole Balkan trip, it has been a disaster day for the last day staying. Fee has changed after booking confirmation, I overpaid the hotel.

Superb

Kanet is cosy hotel, very suitable for short stays (2-3 days). Room and bathroom are clean, heating is good. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is decent. Really excellent price/quality choise. Hotel is by the park, which is very conveniant if you workout or enjoy walking. Location excellent, 10min easy walk to the center.

A brilliant location close to the town centre and river. it’s cheap and cheerful but clean and tidy with very accommodating staff. we’ve stayed a few times before and it’s great value.
