Perfect stay.The room was clean, spacious and comfortable; helpful and kind staff (they also helped me in accepting late checkin at 2 am and when I asked help about daily trips, they address me to a man who arranged a very well organised trip to Matka Canyon and Milenium cross); great central location in the middle of old bazar (where all restaurants, cafes and shops are located) and walking distance to Macedonia Square. You can enjoy a very good breakfast at the nice cafeteria beside the hotel.

The hotel is located at the center of the old town area and I got to it on foot from Holiday Inn hotel bus stop.
The staff was very helpful. I was so thankful for early check-in as it was raining.
The room was pretty fine and the shower water was hot enough.
Credit card payment was not available when I checked-in because the payment machine did not work well.
It was no problem for me but someone without cash preparation might have had difficulties.

Fantastic location in the heart of the Old bazaar.
Nice clean room at a very good price
I was totally happy with ultrastar hotel but if you want more facilities then this hotel doesn't have a restaurant etc
