Hot cozy and very clean rooms, family friendly, i was worried that i wouldnt get a quiet room beacuse i cannot sleep very well in hotels beacuse of the noise thats why mainly i book apartments, but this hotel has a strict policy after 23:00 the quiet hours untill 8 in the morning are very quiet and nice. friendly and willing to help staff, location is in the doorstep of city centre.

parking a little tight but you will get used to it in macedonia, but it was free so its good

akşam geç gelip sabah erken çıkmak için yeterli ama hijyene dikkat

türk çarşısının içinde hemen , konum olarak mükemmel gerçekten , arkada park yerleri de mevcut. personel yardımcı oldu konumdan bulamadık çünkü en başta . nakit alıyorlar sadece

odada yerlerde halı var ve temiz değil. tek kullanımlık otel terliklerinden yok, kış günü botlar ile çok zor oldu gerçekten.

La posizione era eccellente e il fatto che ci hanno fatto lasciare le valigie in albergo dopo il check out è stato molto utile

La camera era sporca. C'erano macchie sul pavimento e la polvere si vedeva a vista. Il lavandino del bagno molto piccolo e non funzionava bene.

otel personeli güzel ilgiliydi türkçe biliyorlardı

3 kişilik oda tutmamıza rağmen duş almakta sıkıntı çektik su tankeri 1 kişi girdikten sonra 15 dk su soğuk oluyordu ve beklememi veya sabahına duş almamız gerekliydi ve ilk gece oda gerçekten çok soğuktu

Konumu iyi. Havlu ve çarşaf temiz. Çalışanlar süper.

Belki diğer odalar farklıdır ancak benim kaldığım odada banyo bakımsızdı. El yıkamak ya da diş fırçalamak isterseniz başınıza yastık bağlayın ve üzerinize yağmurluk giyin. Ufacık bir lavabo çok alçak bir sunta raf, kafanızı çarpmadan ve üzerinize duş alır gibi su sıçratmadan lavaboyu kullanmak imkansız. Tek kişilik bu oda çoğu hostelden bile vasat. Duşakabin her taraftan su sızdırıyor, duştan çıkıp dereye giriyorsunuz sanki. Camın önü eski çarşıdaki dükkânların çatısı. Yağmur yağdı ve çatılardaki ondülinler yüzünden gürültü o kadar fazlaydı ki uyumam zor oldu. Klimanın filtreleri toz dolu, açar açmaz kokuyla toz oldu hemen kapadım. alerjiniz varsa fena, yoksa da ciğeriniz toz dolar. Önceki konaklayanların yorumlarına inandım. Pişman oldum. İyi ki bir gecelik gelmişim. Bir ay sonrası için de rezervasyonum vardı, iptal ettim. Üstelik booking'de otel "Hotel In the heart of Old Bazaar" başlığıyla var ama otelin ismi Old Alisa. Kapısına gidip resepsiyona "pardon bu otel nerede" diye sordum "aaa bizim otel " dediler :( Hayal kırıklığıydı.
