Overall, everything was good. Just a small, friendly suggestion to pay more attention to cleaning the balcony floor tiles and the toilet bowl. Also, the double room had only one chair instead of two, and there was no chair or a small table on the balcony.

Good personnel. I liked the idea of listening to 90s classic rock at breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Internet connectivity at the lobby was OK.

A hotel with warm character, a welcoming reception and located in a quiet, central location

This hotel has a lot of character. Skopje is known as the city of statues, and there was a bonus statue on the stairs! The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet street just a few minutes walk from Macedonia Square (city centre).

The lighting in the room was bright and harsh. I overcame this by keeping just the bathroom light on with the door open. Good breakfast buffet but scrambled egg was cold.

Decent stay and value the money

The location is amazing, the area is very decent and very close to the center, 24 hours desk and staff is cool. The breakfast is nice, it is clean and the I would say really considering the price, it is very good.

Few things, but luckily nothing is crucial * When guests the next room speak I could hear them like they sit in my room, luckily they were not talkative hahah * The toilet flush is not working properly and this one was really annoying, but when they clean the room they clean the toilet so that was not big deal at the end. * I am a solo traveler, but I was given a 2 beds room and the bed was small, instead solo traveler should get the one bed room, would be more comfortable

Passable but not great

Cleanliness and the nice conduct of one of the staff at reception.

The lift/elevator was horrible as it used to start with a jerk and used to stop with a jerk which was very unsafe. One of the staff at reception was very nice and cooperative but the other one was equally rude, ill mannered, uncooperative and was frustrated. The bathroom attached to the room was very small. Very limited options in breakfast. The distance from the main old square and old bazaar was more than a kilo-meter(km) The room was not soundproof and the walls were so thin that even the people talking in the adjacent room were clearly audible which was surprising, when I pointed it out to the staff at reception(ill mannered one unfortunately), he said that we know this and will talk to the people in the adjacent room not to talk loudly. Overall the stay was just ok but not at par with the expectations I had with this property.

Very clean and enough space for sleeping and working. Don't expect a modern innovative design but this is what a solid place to stay should look like: comfortable beds, a good shower, spacious. Good old-fashioned quality.

I found the staff at the reception and in the restaurant/breakfast room very kind and helpful. The breakfast is not exceptionally rich in variety, but okay. The situation of the hotel in a quiet street close to the center is a plus. I liked the desk to work on, with a good chair and socket. Wifi worked well.

The entrance and stairs of the hotel looks a bit shabby at the first, but the (upgraded) rooms are passable. The beds were not very comfortable. In one of the two beds the springs of the mattress pressed into my back. The walls does not seem to be sufficiently soundproof, sounds from the (noisy) guests in the neighboring room cold be clearly heard.
