Good location and friendly, helpful staff.
Overall, everything was good. Just a small, friendly suggestion to pay more attention to cleaning the balcony floor tiles and the toilet bowl.
Also, the double room had only one chair instead of two, and there was no chair or a small table on the balcony.

Cleanliness and the nice conduct of one of the staff at reception.
The lift/elevator was horrible as it used to start with a jerk and used to stop with a jerk which was very unsafe.
One of the staff at reception was very nice and cooperative but the other one was equally rude, ill mannered, uncooperative and was frustrated.
The bathroom attached to the room was very small.
Very limited options in breakfast.
The distance from the main old square and old bazaar was more than a kilo-meter(km)
The room was not soundproof and the walls were so thin that even the people talking in the adjacent room were clearly audible which was surprising, when I pointed it out to the staff at reception(ill mannered one unfortunately), he said that we know this and will talk to the people in the adjacent room not to talk loudly.
Overall the stay was just ok but not at par with the expectations I had with this property.
