Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very helpful.

It wasn’t very clean. The toilet seat in our room was broken, and the air conditioning was very inconsistent, making it hard to heat the room even though it was small.

Great if you want to be in the bazaar!

Great location if you want to stay in the bazaar, big sign on the roof means it is easy to find. Not a problem for me but it is very close to several mosques so expect to hear all the calls to pray. Still if that is an issue why would you want to stay in that area? Clean, secure, lovely staff really enjoy it here.

the location of the hotel was very good and close to the shops we needed.

There was no hot water. We couldn't take a shower even though we neeeded it so much. The slippers were not disposable ones. We had to use the ones every other guests used, which was another reason we didnt want to take a shower. Disgusting. I am not sure about the cleanliness of the room either. It didnt seem very clean and fresh.

location perfect in the old bazar, safe area and very friendly staff. You can pay with credit card which is rare in the area.

facilities need some maintenance, in the room the shower water was not flowing to the sink, and as people is allowed to smoke in the hallway the smell can go inside the room; if you are not an smoker it could be uncomfortable.

The facility staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the condition of the facility. On booking.com it appears as a Hotel, in fact it is a Motel. Cleanliness and appearance of the room have a lot to be desired. There were some dirty, old flip-flops in the toilet in my room. The room had only a small window, there was no quilt on the bed, and the door from the room was old and had cracks through which you could hear the corridor and you could see the light. A lot of dust, non-working contacts in the walls.

At thirst I like the reception and room. The bathroom looks new. The room was clean.

We booked a room for two, for me and mom. - only 1 lamp for night light and it was broken (not just unfunctional, it was broken with sharp fragments inside.) - There was one bedspread that served as a blanket. There were no duvet covers or sheets to cover yourself with.When i asked it takes 2 hours to deliver me something. It was just 1 sheet. So i was have 1 blanked and 1 sheet. despite the fact that I asked for an extra blanket. After some time I got extra blanked, but they want to take sheet back🤦🏼‍♀️ - There was half of the toilet paper and I must go to the front desk to ask more. - we were on 3 floor and Noone offer us help with our bag. - sometimes we have hot water, sometimes no. - we asked about earlier check up if possible. On booking they say "ok, come". On viber they rude answer was "it's a season so I will not accept you until 12". However on booking pages it's start at 11. At the day they texted me "it ok, you can comein in 11". Then we came they sad "oh no! We can't accept you!!!" I agreed to live, but they say "no, stay, we have a clean room right now". - the guest of hotel was loud all night! And the reception do nothing and didn't care at all. The guest from other rooms run through the hall, they banged the doors loudly. And actually it was the worst place there I've been, i can't sleep at all. Also the old fridge was really loud! So I didn't recommend it for rest. I think they accept parties. !!!! The final part was that I forgot my belongings in the room. I couldn't figure out where they were for a long time, but after unpacking my suitcases, I realized that I had left them there. I wrote to the hotel asking, "Why didn't you call me when you cleaned the room? And do you understand that it's theft to take my belongings without informing me?" In response, Booking rudely told me that it was my own fault and called me a thief! They insulted me.

Cozy stay in the center of Skopje

We loved the attentive staff, always willing to help, and the hotel's location in the heart of the Turkish Quarter, very close to the city's main tourist attractions and the bus station, a 20-minute walk away. They allowed us to store our backpacks the next day until we left. 100% recommended for a short stay in the heart of Skopje.
