ok, but...

The location was fine, in the centre of the Old Bazaar, not far from the airport bus stop and close to the main tourist attractions.

The hotel was near the mosque, and the muezzin’s call to prayer at 6 a.m. was quite loud. The room was not soundproof, and I could hear every word from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor. The fridge was broken - it warmed things instead of cooling them. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. There were also problems with the water supply on weekends. One day the water pressure was too low to use the shower, and on another day the water was too cold.

GREAT ADVENTURE IN SKOPJE, I FELT SO AT HOME

I loved the people who worked at AEN - the receptionist Ali is exceptionally hospitable; the cleaners became friends of mine despite the fact that we could not communicate due to language. The location was great, 5 min walk to centre of town, I love the Turkish atmosphere of the Bazaar. Breakfast was more than sufficient & healthy, and the restaurant had many tables. The room was perfect, it was quiet and comfortable. I did not want to leave Skopje because I enjoyed everything.

The room looks nice. I am glad that I have booked it only for 1 night. Free parking was fine. Coffee and tea in the room.

The room was really dark. It was a bit cold for me so I turned on the air conditioner - which was a mistake from my side. Small dirty pieces fell out from it and covered the bed, I think they have never cleaned it. The half door of the shower was missing from the bathroom and if we did not close the door, a terrible smell came out from the bathroom. The breakfast was poor - no juices, bacon, ham or salami, neither selection of vegetables. We could hear every noise from upper floors. I am really disappointed.

Low quality, but quite a good price

-good location - next to the Old city -friendly and helpful staff -reception 24h -cheap price

-room wasn’t cleaned properly - not vacuumed -low quality bed sheets -room equipment not working - lamps, outlets -small and dirty feeling bathroom -very poorly poorly soundproofed room - we were woken up at 6:30 am every morning by the noise coming from the main corridor -the lowest quality breakfast I have ever seen and with very poor selection -creepy enterning street coming from the main road, we were afraid walking there at night giving 6* just because of the price, otherwise would give 5

clean hotel located in the bazaar area, however no noise from the streets

some things need maintenance shower and some power sockets in room 207 both rooms i stayed had electricity switchboard making low lever buzzing noise - it doesn’t bother if you sleep with earplugs there was some noise/music coming from stairway around 8am

A nice place for short stay

Location was perfect next to the old bazaar and castle. Checked in at 3am was easy

There was only a thin sheet for covering and the duvet was stored in wardrobe without duvet cover
