Not to stay there again.

The location is handy next to the old bazar.

The property has seen its best days years ago. The bathroom was old and unclean with mould on the shower screen and the walls. The reception was unattended mostly. The staff in the restaurant was sitting on their phone for most of the morning. The parking under the hotel is so cramped and smelly.

I regret choosing this Ho(s)tel

Great and strong AirCon

We arrived at 23:30 and were greeted with the worst welcome I have ever experienced. The receptionist (D) was visibly angry, making dismissive gestures and complaining without even looking at us. For a moment, we thought there was no room available until I challenged her behaviour as rude and unacceptable and asked for an explanation. In hindsight, I wish we had spent an extra €10 for a proper hotel. The photos online are misleading – in reality, this is closer to a 1.5-star hostel. Breakfast was disappointing and not suitable for a Western palate, so we only had coffee. Overall, I regret not choosing a different place.

Perfect for a night

The location of the property is amazing , walking distance to the main attraction - including parking. The staff and the breakfast was also super nice.

The doors were not closing properly, it was a bit hard to sleep with the outside noise.

A very nice hotel to be

Both of us (my friend and I) really enjoyed my trip there, the location was perfect, we could do many activities. The staff was very gentle, especially Sanela who helped us to book tours to visit some places. She was very nice with her recommandations to visit all places around. I really appreciate her professionalism and hospitality. Also, the room was nice, the bed was confortable, we slept well. Nice place to be during our travel. The breakfast was varied, we could eat everything we wanted.

I have nothing special to say. Maybe the air conditioner, the display of the remote controller got a problem, because we couldn't see it correctly and we couldn't switch on the air conditioner to get a cooler temperature.

That is Old Amazing

We chose here because of its proximity to the city center, the airport and the breakfast option, and everything was great. Since it is the first hotel in Skopje, yes it is old but this is not a situation to worry about. The breakfast, the room's balcony, toilet and even the bed were quite large, comfortable and enjoyable. You can choose here without thinking.

Definitely not "luxurious property" but a decent one

I liked the location, right near the Old Bazar. Breakfast included. Bed was comfortable. Helpful staff. Free parking. If you don't have expectations, and you appreciate the value for money, this place does the job.

Room and bathroom not that clean. You can see rust and oxidation everywhere. You flood the bathroom when you take a shower. The parking is free, but it doesn't have a barrier, it's probably not private, and in a way, you worry that you won't get a place.

Wifi doesnt work . They need fix wifi problem And reception should give information for Airport Bus from Skopje to Airport. Very importante ! They should give a paper regarding Bus day and hours and price .

acceptable accommodation for 2 nights

centrally located, close to the entrance to Old Bazar, the location allows access on foot to the main attractions in no more de 15...20 minutes; the rooms are clean and ok (not like in the claimed 4*, though!); staff was welcoming, WiFi was good, breakfast is acceptable (if not quite good)

1. parking is somehow stressful because at some moments of the day is hard to find a spot 2. avoid the rooms facing the parking because they are on the west side and in the afternoon the heat become unbearable despite the AC

The only good things about staying in hotel are location, brakfast, price and parking.

The toilet was dirty, the sheets were dirty and torn and also the bedding was torn. The fridge was also dirty and the bathroom door still had toothpaste residue from previous guests and if you were sitting on the balcony, condensation dripped from the pipes of the upper air conditioner directly on you. The price of the stay was reasonable, but this should not affect the provision of minimum hygiene and quality standards in any way. In any case, no hotel should be able to afford this, a specialy not four-star hotel. Not even worth two stars in my opinion.

Breakfast was very bad. There was insect on the all breakfast. It was not hygiene. The room's curtains was ripped of some part. Bedsheet is dirty. There was lipstick paint. The floor are sticky.

Good joliday

The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance to the Old Bazaar and also the new area and Skopje central square . Breakfast was varied and the rooms comfortable. Receptionist was very helpful.

The hotel needs a little refurbishment. Food at the breakfast buffet needs to be covered because there were a lot of flies.

1 night in Skopje

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was ok

We booked 2 rooms, a superior and a family room. The rooms don't look like the pictures on the site and unfortunately both rooms came with a lot of issues/defects. The family room had water infiltrated in the bathroom roof and wall and a series of other smaller defects,we had to give it up and settle for a singles room because it was the only room available,3 persons in one bed(2 adults and a 3 year old). As mentioned the staff was very nice and tried to help how they could and the single room we ended up with looked a lot better. The superior room also had a series of defects unfortunately,like the window from the balcony door moving, and a few other smaller things.

The staff was the best. All the receptionists were really friendly and helpful with everything. Also the woman working in restaurant was smiling and helpful. Easy to walk into city.

The bed was bad and scratching a lot. There came too much light and noice into the room from outside. The shower glassdoor failed, water on the floor.

We wanted hotel with a lift, which it did have but there was one set of stairs before you got to lift - this could be a problem for older guests.

Superb

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to city attractions. The breakfast was good. Open buffet, traditional and continental breakfast dishes. Our room was big. Everything was clean. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. Everyday the room is cleaned. Most important of all, the staff. They were a great team, Anna, Ayla and Lindi. Especially Anna, she was very helpful. She was kind and very respectful. She was smiling all the time, and her enerygy, recommendations were great. Thank you Anna and all the staff for making our holiday great.

Great location & value for money

This is a very nice hotel and quite a bargain. We had a huge 4 person room (1 double, 2 singles) I think it was room 204. Nice bath etc. The staff is super nice and speaks very good English. The breakfast buffet is a mix of "regular" items and LOTS of local items and fresh fruit, which I enjoyed a lot. We really enjoyed the location right next to the old cozy bazar quarter (really nice & good priced jewellery (silver, gold and whitegold for sale by weigt, bring cash). At saturday the "open air" market at the end was very busy. The hotel is also very close to the old fort you can visit for free. And close to the modern central square with the river, the modern opera (check out tickets, most expansive one is 10 Euros!) and cafees, shops, mall etc. We also walked to the new, modern mall Eastgate several times. Lots abd lots of shops as well. A cinema is opening at some point, but not finished when we were there. There is an indoor play centre/tivoli upstairs for smaller kids who enjoys noise :-) Hotel can help calling a metered "non scamming" taxi. We had some lovely meals by the river, esp. at El Tores. We sat upstairs bc there was no smoking (so weird you can smoke in restaurants these days). We also ate at The oldest house in Northmacedonia very close by. It was also nice. All in all a great place to visit for 3 nights and super 8 did not disappoint.

The fridge didn't work in the room. I did look into a quite small doubleroom opposite ours. It looked tiny compared to our almost gigantic room with its sitting area, desk area and wardrobe. The double I saw was cramped.
