In the city centre, everything needed is in the flat. The flat is clean and there is everything which is mentioned in the description. There is a car park next to the block of flats which is quite rare in Umbria rented appartments.
There was no WiFi. Due to the location next to the road it's quite loud in the flat because cars drive straight next to the window. Sleeping with a open window is out of the question.

Letto scomodo, divano letto inutilizzabile, prese di corrente staccate, macchinetta del caffè non funzionante . Rapporto qualità prezzo scadente. Può andare a 50/60 euro a notte ma non a 95 euro. Inoltre manca un' altra stanza nel caso si condividesse il viaggio con un amico/ amica

Il bilocale è abbastanza pulito e fornito di stoviglie. La proprietaria è stata gentile.
Sconsigliato per chi ha il sonno leggero in quanto la strada adiacente è trafficatissima sempre e si sente come se le finestre fossero aperte. Nonostante gli inquilini di sopra non fossero particolarmente rumorosi, li abbiamo trovati ugualmente fastidiosi a causa della scarsa qualità dell'insonorizzazione della casa. Il topper è troppo piccolo per il materasso e quindi a volte risulta fastidioso. Spero la presa e l'attaccapanni siano stati sistemati visto che avevo segnalato alla proprietaria che erano rotti.

Relax e coccole nell'appartamento degli innamorati.
Ottima posizione, a ridosso del centro. Facile da trovare e con parcheggio libero in strada disponibile. L'appartamento è carino e confortevole. Ben arredato e con una zona cucina ottima: fuochi, frigo, macchina caffè espresso, forno. Bagno con lavatrice, doccia, molto pulito e grazioso. Salottino con tavolo e poltroncina, ottimo per colazioni e pranzo eventuale. Camera da letto con comodo materasso, cassettiera, armadio e comodini. Ogni stanza ha una finestra e le tende per schermare luce o rumori esterni. Particolare e romantico alcuni accessori d'arredamento che richiamano il nome del bilocale: cuoricini e richiami all'amore degli innamorati, su lampade, cuscini e quadretti. Una menzione particolare alla proprietaria che ci ha assistito e elencato tutti i passi necessari all'arrivo, parcheggio, ritiro chiavi, colori delle chiavi in relazione alle varie porte da aprire, link a ristoranti e attrazioni ternane da esplorare, chiarimenti su ogni problematica inerente all'appartamento: Grazie Claudia.

Claudia fue muy amable y estuvo atenta en todo momento. El departamento está muy bien ubicado para moverse a pié. Tiene todas las comodidades.
