Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Kendal town centre

Centre of Kendal, so easy to get to the place to needed to get to

Didn’t realise it was up so many flights of stairs, But not a big problem

Was in a nice location and spacious enough for the price of the stay

There wasn’t enough toilet roll for five of us and no instruction as to where any spare was

Great location in Kendal, small but spacious apartment. Loo roll, hand-wash, dishwasher tablets etc provided. Prompt and helpful communication from Phil. A good apartment for a brief stay.

The shower was very dirty with grime and mould. It needs a really good clean and the silicone replacing. The windows were also black with mould. Mattresses were very thin so you could feel the springs, particularly the double mattress. The locks to the main front door and the door to the stairs were very difficult to open - the keys needed to be wriggled around for ages to get the lock to open - they need replacing or at least a warning sent about this beforehand. An instruction booklet for how to use the tv/WiFi codes etc would be helpful.

Location was good

The door downstairs was hard to unlock as kept jamming. There was alot of stairs to get to the top floor. Was mold around the walls of the windows that could of been sprayed and wiped off, leaving it quite musky and hard to breath and the chairs was uncomfortable. Apart from that its a good apartment and we had a good time.
