Nice place but car parking costly and far away

No car parking. Nearest car park was a pay and display which added a cost and hassle.

Really enjoined Kendal and the apartment was lovely👍

Location was excellent being centrally situated with shops, pubs and a good selection of restaurants within a short walk.

Clean, comfortable and spacious

Clean and comfortable, fantastic location, very spacious, modern bathroom with good shower.

No bedside lights in the 2nd bedroom, which is a pretty basic requirement for a pleasant stay. Comms are efficient but cold eg no instructions about access until the day before, then on last day you are sent a long list of instructions about what to do with the bins and a reminder to wash up your cutlery(!). Sorry, this isn’t AirBnB.

Ideal location for the Eastern Lakes

Warm and comfortable apartment with all the facilities you would need. Great location for the town centre if needed. All very clean and in good condition.

The only quibble would be no free long stay parking nearby (but I appreciate that goes with the location). We were out most of the day and then nearby car park is free overnight.

Overall a very nice apartment but let down by the bed.

Lovely spacious apartment. Nice kitchen with everything we needed for a short stay. Central location with quick and easy access.

Had an issue with the mattress on the double bed, however received good communication from the host and he said he will look into it and replace the mattress asap.

The beds in the "twin" room were not suitable, also when trundle bed is out the bedroom door can not be closed

We stayed in the apartment to celebrate a birthday and it was superb in both location and value for money.

The apartment is very well located in the middle of Kendal, all you need for shopping is right on the doorstep…The apartment is very well fitted out with all you need and is well maintained.

We had a great stay for a couple of days.

in the middle kendal easy access to all kendal has to offer. parking in brewery car park. Brewery is a excellent centre for art, music , culture.

top floor quite a lot of stairs, but this also made apartment quieter than it overwise would be. Mattress,s could be better
