The property is in an ideal location just a short walk down to the lake. It has big shared spaces to convene for meals and in the living room.
Easy check in and out
The property is in need of a proper deep clean. There was dust on most ledges, on the rocking chair in one of the bedrooms was a thick layer of dust as well as the toilets not being cleaned properly.
There was also hairs found in the beds which as you can imagine isn’t nice to find and is a huge put off.
I also think it would be great if the garden could be fenced off possibly so it is safe for the dogs.

So comfortable,home from home,great location.
Loads of room and beds were really comfy.
Everything you need in the kitchen and was lovely and warm.
Only thing was the shower pressure isnt god.

The location is very nice and quite and the property is huge.
The property is very old and not well maintained. There was visible mould in the bathrooms and spiderwebs throughout the house, including on the furniture. The heating system is also poorly designed — once the main thermostat is on, there is no way to switch off heating for the first-floor rooms individually. This was particularly uncomfortable as we were visiting with elderly parents who needed heating on, which meant we couldn’t regulate the temperature upstairs. With the beds placed next to the radiators, the first-floor rooms became unbearable at times.
In addition, although both bathrooms have bathtubs, the first-floor bathroom does not have a shower. This meant the entire group had to queue for the ground-floor bathroom to shower, which was quite inconvenient.
