Lovely apt but noisy

As pictured. Great location. Fab showers. Good check in/out instructions. Warm & clean. Convenient parking.

Noise from other apts. (Owner does advise to inform him if noise issues but didn't feel comfortable contacting him late & middle of night). Only 3 bath towels & 2 hand towels provided for 4 people. Informed owner but didn't receive a response. Not best quality mattresses. Husband could feel springs .

Very minor quibbles: cafetière a bit small and stairs were steep with handrail being hard to grip.

Excellent, Amazing and Overwhelming. Words cannot describe the WOW experience.

The cleanliness, kitchen arrangement, lounge, location, the bath tub in the room and every small requirement was taken care of.

The steep stairs making it difficult to carry luggage to the first floor and Non availability of a number to call the property manager.

Brilliant spacious apartment

Decor, sofa, facilities.

This is the first time I'm using this type of accommodation so maybe my expectations were wrong but I was expecting some form of body wash soap. Maybe my expectations were wrong. If they were wrong then I think you could set yourself apart from others by including a little hamper with small tubes of toothpaste and small soap bars e.t.c. I'm in no way criticising you, just some feedback. Even sell the hampers as an extra and that way we would remember to bring our own soap if not buying.

A great apartment to return to after a long day enjoying the lakes.

All the bedrooms and living room were very comfortable. Location and setting very good. Quick response to problems. Overall, kitchen easy to use.

Some maintenance issues, for example, roller blinds and dishwasher. TV set too high. Kitchen implements very limited, for example, no peeler or scissors. Kitchen roll would have been useful

Great short stay with family

The apartment was a great size, beds comfortable. Very clean. The convenience of a kitchen was brilliant. Nice touch with having milk in the fridge and coffee/sugar sachets available. . We didn't know this so we had already brought our own. Sainsbury express is nearby and is open till 11 if u need anything else. Overall lovely apartment and no complaints

Location was perfect

I liked everything but my eldest said 1 bedroom was haunted so he was uncomfortable 🙈 Also theres a beautiful huge bath, i couldn't wait to get in but the plug doesnt work 😪. What a waste of an amazing bath.

Very comfortable in a very spacious apartment

Location was great for walking into the village in 2 minutes. We actually walked down to the lake with ease as well. The property is quite huge with 3 very big double rooms and well designed bathrooms. It was also immaculate upon arrival. A bonus for us was the large kids playground and field opposite the property that our daughters loved. One big negative though - NO CORKSCREW!! :-)

I didn't like the neighbouring apartments front door being so close to ours but I'm fussy! Nothing negative really, except the CORKSCREW!

Great Location

Great Location, very accesible to shops and cafes. Amenities were ok

Host accused us of covering the smoke alarm, and were told that its hard to believe that its not us. (Why would we cover the smoke alarm in the first place) we Should have asked the cleaner to take pictures of the state of the property before letting people checked in before accusations. Too much reminder from the host to make sure beddings were taken off for the cleaner, Bins to be taken out and put in the bin store, etc. didnt feel like we are on a holiday to be honest. That just ruined the whole experience and our stay.

Lovely apartment

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Windermere. It's on a quiet road with plenty of parking if you have 2 cars, the parking space allocated with the apartment is a good size with easy access. 3 good size double rooms and a lovely bathroom and ensuite shower room. Nice lounge and kitchen with dining area. Only four of us stayed this time but it's plenty big enough for 6 adults and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Disappointing

The location was very good. A short walk to the shops and restaurants. The flat itself is nice, spacious, just needs to be looked after better.

The flat had not been cleaned properly. It had not been vacuumed, the floors were dirty, dust on surfaces, dirty skirting boards and doors. The website suggests that extra care is taken because of covid - unfortunately, no evidence of that at all. There was a puddle of water when we arrived.

Fantastic location and great space

Fantastic spacious apartment and a perfect location for walking into Windermere and Bowness on Windermere. Great park across the road for the children and fantastic views out of the back.

A few issues but the host was very responsive and quickly dealt with them
