Great location in the heart of Kendal with easy access to all local amenities
Perfect layout inside very cosy and homely, clean and well equipped
We took our two young children and dog and it catered perfectly for us all.

Such a beautiful cottage and it was so close to different restaurants, shops and gorgeous walks - the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend.
Lots of advise from the host on places to eat and things to do which was much appreciated.

The property was so convenient to all the facilities that Kendal had to offer - literally just around the corner from all the lovely cafes shops & restaurants-
The property was very quaint & Wee lovely & cosy -
Stayed with another couple and had plenty of room for us both to enjoy our stay - the owners were quick to help and assist with questions we had and even made suggestions on where was a good venue to eat out .

The location was great. It was really close to the centre of Kendal. There's a park over the road that the kids loved playing on. The house itself is small, but has a lot of character. The kitchen and bathroom were good too.
We were really disappointed that the house wasn't clean, especially as i had booked it for my dad as a 70th birthday present. It's a dog friendly house, but I didn't expect the sofa to be covered in dog hairs and there to be dog hairs under the covers in the bed. We had to hoover the sofa and change the bedding ourselves. I don't think that the top floor bedding had been changed since it was previously stayed in as there were long hairs and crumbs in the bed. I rang the owners, who were apologetic and refunded us some money. They offered to have the cleaner come back the next day, but I wanted it clean there and then, so did it myself.
