CITY STAY - Franklinstrasse

Great location, clean and well stocked property, air ventilation was decent.

We stayed during a heat wave, only one fan was provided ( there were two beds for 4 ppl). You could hear street noise if the windows are open.

Excellent and comfortable apartment for 4 nights. Not far from the train station. It had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean and the balcony was a bonus.

Everything is fine.

Convenient location close to train station, only 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets etc.

The check in experience was not a good one, arriving late in the evening and with minimal instructions how to find the right entrance door and an unmanned desk where one was expected to self check in via a computer and generate one's own room key. My apartment then turned out to be via a different street entrance. Fortunately a kind resident assisted me in finding the apartment, otherwise there was no apparent means of contacting a member of staff for assistance. There were no instructions within the apartment as to how to use the facilities or to adjust heating.
