The location was good but that’s it

The place was not cozy , we didn’t receive any instruction how to get in to the apartment before arrival, we just had to call to receive the details .

Spacious, modern, comfortable

The property had lots of room, was clean, and was modernly furnished. The shower was super spacious, bathroom spotless, and the bedrooms had very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows to chose from.

The boiler was off when I got there with no instruction on how it should be turned on (thankfully it was just a matter of flipping the switch). The keys could have been labelled somehow as there are 4 different keyholes on the main door and it was difficult to figure out which one is the one you are meant to use.

Overall we really liked the apartment despite the heating issue.

The location was perfect... The apartment had everything for a short stay. it was very clean.

It was pretty cold, one of the bedroom heaters was not working, and the air conditioning was not giving any heat.

Nice comfortable stay for visiting Bologna as a couple.

The location was great for us. Midway between the train station and the main city area. So we could walk to both. The beds were large and very comfortable. Security was good. It was on the fifth floor (and had a lift )therefore it was quiet. Spotlessly clean too. Nice bathroom.

They compromised on the layout as it has two huge bedrooms but no lounge area ? No settee ?

The location was great and easy to find. It was a 12 minute stroll from both the train station and the statue of Neptune. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was good.

When we first arrived the lift was stuck with 2 American tourists inside so we had to carry our bags to the 5th floor. (The lift started working again just as we got into the apartment.)

Bon appartement très bien situé pour visiter Bologne

Grand appartement très bien situé, à proximité du centre historique et de la gare. Les lits sont confortables et le logement est très propre. Nous n'avons pas vu Lucia mais elle a été très réactive.

Une lampe de chevet serait bienvenue dans la deuxième chambre, le radiateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas et donc les serviettes de bain ont eu du mal à sécher

Dichtbij centrum en schoon

Schoon en dichtbij het centrum.

Een paar dingen kunnen verbeterd worden. Er is 1 deel van de waterkoker aanwezig dus kun je er niets mee doen. Op 1 slaapkamer is geen lampje bij het bed dus je moet in het donker door de slaapkamer.. Badkamer deur schaaft over de tegelvloer. Kamers hebben gewoon even aandacht nodig en dan is het weer top

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto i komfortowo. Życzliwa Lucie

Lucie - super babka pozwoliła nam wcześniej zostawić bagaże w apartamencie (mieliśmy wczesny lot). Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, jest zapas kapsułek do kawiarki, kawa mielona, herbata, niektóre przyprawy. Gospodarz daje poczucie, że odzczędza jak może, tylko liczy się z potrzebami gości. W apartamencie jest klimatyzacja, mieliśmy w każdym z dwóch pokoi. Apartament świetnie wysprzątany przed naszym przyjazdem. Aż przyjemnie się wchodziło. Do pociągu 1100 metrów, do Starego Miasta chyba z 800 metrów.

Trzeba przyznać, że apartament jest przy jednej z bardziej ruchliwych ulic w Bolonii. W efekcie spanie z otwartym oknem tylko dla osób z twardym snem (jest naprawdę baaaardzo głośno). Okna można zamknąć, bo jest klimatyzacja, ale nie wszystkim służy spanie w takich warunkach. Druga sprawa, to ciśnienie pod prysznicem, woda leci, ale nie ma co liczyć na porządny prysznic z dużym ciśnieniem ;-) Myślę, że to kwestia bojlera, który nie "daje rady".

Très bon choix pour visiter Bologne

Appartement très bien situé dans Bologne, spacieux, propre et calme. La personne qui s’occupe de la gestion de l’appartement est très réactive et a pu nous aider à distance quand nous avons eu quelque difficulté avec le climatiseur.

Malheureusement, la climatisation fonctionnait très mal au moment de notre séjour, alors qu’il faisait vraiment chaud à Bologne. C’est un détail, mais quelques bizarreries dans la rénovation de l’appartement témoignent de l’usage exclusivement touristique de ce bien : une poignée de fenêtre montée à l’envers, une salle de bain dont la fenêtre se trouve dans la douche… D’ailleurs, l’affiche sur le palier rappelant qu’il faut veiller à bien fermer la porte de l’ascenseur (ce qui nous semblerait la moindre des choses) m’a fait plaindre les habitants de l’immeuble, obligés de supporter les touristes que nous sommes… Ce n’est pas une critique de l’appartement en lui-même, plutôt de la surconsommation touristique (que j’ai conscience d’entretenir) qui conduit à consacrer entièrement ce genre de bien à la location touristique.
