Bologna is a perfect choice for a city break

The apartment is located in the old building in the very center of Bologna. It was very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet due to very thick walls of the building. The apartment is well equipped and nicely designed. There are many restaurants with great food near the apartment. We had a great stay in Bologna.

All was perfect. A small suggestion would be to provide more coffee capsules or an information where those could be purchased ;) anyway there is a marvelous cafeteria almost next door, so we went for a morning coffee and croissants there

Buon soggiorno per max 6 persone

La struttura è centralissima, uno dei pochi appartamenti disponibili per più persone. La cucina e i bagni sono nuovi, la procedura per il check-in è semplice.

Abbiamo prenotato per 7 ma di fatto c’era posto solo per 6 perché il letto di una delle camere è una piazza e mezza e anche il divano letto del soggiorno e questo non era specificato. Ci hanno fornito solo un asciugamano per la doccia, né uno viso né piccolo. I piumoni erano senza copri piumone e una delle porte della doccia di un bagno era rotta. La pulizia non era eccellente (tazze con residui, polvere negli armadi). Un appartamento con un buon potenziale ma gestito in modo essenziale.!

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Totalmente céntrico, a apenas 2 minutos de la plaza Mayor. Muy recomendable.

Por decir alguna cosa, echamos de menos un sofá para sentarse a ver la tele. Pero vamos, no tiene importancia.

Posizione centralissima, il parcheggio è a due passi dalla struttura, ti muovi a piedi arrivando ovunque! Struttura pulitissima,calda,confortevole ! Dalla prenotazione siamo stati seguiti passo passo con le indicazioni più utili! Torneremo senza dubbio, esperienza meravigliosa! Consiglio vivamente!!!

Sehr zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Sehr geräumig. Zweckmässig eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Nette Wohnung, für uns jedoch zu laut.

Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist, war es ziemlich laut. Es wurde z.B. mitten in der Nacht der gegenüberliegende Glascontainer ausgeleert und bis a vis ist auch eine kleine Parkgarage. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Ablage für die Toilettsachen.

Wirklich alles super!! Ich kann nur positives schreiben. Lage in der Mitte der Stadt. Großes Apartment: Für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief sehr gut ab: Alles digital und unkompliziert! Immer wieder gerne!

Schöne, grosse Wohnung an super Lage

Sehr schöne, grosse Wohnung an wunderbarer Lage. Sehr sauber, bietet sehr viel platz und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Wohnung sieht wirklich genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos und ist in einem top Zustand. Innert weniger Minuten ist man im Stadtzentrum, die Lage ist echt perfekt. Gastgeber per Whatsapp erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Hat wirklich alles bestens geklappt. Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat ist eine Ablagefläche in den Badezimmern für Handtücher und Hygieneartikel, aber das ist ein Detail. Ansonsten war alles super.

Fantastisch verblijf in het hart van Bologna!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze woning. De ligging was perfect: midden in het centrum van Bologna, waardoor alles op loopafstand bereikbaar was. Ondanks de centrale locatie was het heerlijk rustig zonder storende geluiden van buitenaf. Een taxi was nergens voor nodig! Het huis zelf was ruim en ideaal voor twee gezinnen, dankzij de meerdere slaapkamers. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Zeker een aanrader voor wie comfortabel en centraal wil verblijven in Bologna!

Er was geen stofzuiger in de woning :))
