Warm welcome in spacious light appartment!

It's very spacious, comfortable appartement. Walking distance to the Bologna Centrale and Marconi Train to the airport. All facilities are present even welcome snacks ! Amazing. We were also well informed upfront about the procedure of check in.

We had one big blanket on our bed for me and my friend and we were fighting about it haha but it was not a problem for everybody. Other friends did not experience it as a problem. It's personal preference.

Super clean comfy stay in central Bologna

Spotlessly clean Comfortable beds Nice balcony Good showers if a little cramped Well equipped kitchen with tea coffee etc Milk would have been a nice addition. Prosecco in fridge and fruit/ biscuits a nice touch . 10 mins to central station .

Nothing not to like other than check in a bit fussy . Not the easiest to negotiate.

Great apartment with nice, clean bedrooms and all you need for a short stay.

The apartment was great, generously sized bedrooms with lots of light. A fully stocked kitchen to prepare breakfast. Location was good, a short walk to restaurants, public transportation, etc. We were there for work, so didn't really get to explore from the apt, but it was great nonetheless. Silvia, our host, was so fantastic. She answered messages very quickly and gave us a lot of useful information.

Just some small issues - maybe a space to put toiletries in the shower itself. Otherwise everything had to go on the floor of the shower. Also a couch or some place to sit other than the beds. But these are definitely not deal breakers.

Localização péssima, não tem televisão e nem sala de estar no apartamento, estávamos fazendo uma viagem familiar, gostaríamos de ter um tempo de comunhão numa sala para conversarmos e não tinha, queríamos assistir a final da Champions em casa pois tínhamos chegado de viagem, mas não tinha televisão no apartamento. Mas o pior de tudo é a localização, não me senti seguro e muita gente embriagada nas ruas. E além de tudo a host pediu que eu pagasse uma taxa extra para liberar a senha da porta.

Soggiorno perfetto a Bologna

Struttura pulita ed organizzata. A mezzoretta di passeggiata da piazza Maggiore. La consiglio per un soggiorno a Bologna.

Tutto perfetto. L’unico consiglio che darei è di dotare la struttura di una pentola di dimensioni maggiori qualora gli ospiti vorrebbero cucinare qualcosa . Ma per il resto tutto perfetto.

Gruppo per team building

La posizione era perfetta per i nostri bisogni, la casa aveva spazi grandi che ci hanno fatti stare comodi nache se eravamo un gruppo. Bella terrazza.

Una delle doccie presentava problemi (non era ben fissato). Il processo di check-in è un po' troppo laborioso, fanno fare tutto a te e potrebbero gestirlo meglio.

Un gioiello che consiglio a tutti

L appartamento è nuovo, pulito ed in una buona posizione. Ha tutto ciò che serve, dalla lavatrice al forno, dalla lavastoviglie agli oggetti per cucinare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la proprietaria è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile assecondando le nostre problematiche!
