Great property, let down by lack of maintenance / attention to detail

This could be a 10/10 property, very spacious, fabulous roof terrace, great central location. AC worked well (tho one unit required repair). Definitely has the wow factor when you first arrive but…..

On closer inspection, certain details were overlooked or not consistent with a high end rental, eg. hand soap dispensers empty, washing up liquid dispenser empty, cheap appliances eg. toaster / kettle / fridge freezer, no grater, frying pans sticky / not properly washed, freezer didn't work for most of our stay, only one oven tray, Netflix access that disappeared, ironing board cover that didn't fit, very fiddly shower controls, wardrobe doors very old and difficult to move, cheap loo paper (why?). Property agent was well intentioned and took action to try and sort out all issues but it was tedious messaging the agent every day and engineers came in to complete repairs on 2 occasions which was not great during a week's holiday. At €4,200 for a week I expected a much higher standard.

Great apartment with beautiful terrace

Nothing really. Environment-wise it would have been better to provide refillable toiletries rather than little single use bottles. Likewise the throwaway slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste etc.

Very spacious, very clean and very well equipped. The rooftop looks great, the jacuzzi is heated and we had an amazing time.

Excellent séjour

La baignoire et le sauna/hamam ne fonctionnaient pas. Cependant l’appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, extrêmement agréable à vivre. Le jacuzzi était précieux le matin et le soir pour la détente.

Das Appartement ist groß und leicht zugänglich, das ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist neu und praktisch.

Im Schlafzimmer hat es nach Rauch gerochen. Die Badezimmer waren etwas veraltet. Am schlimmsten aber: Man kann nicht mal sein Gepäck für ein paar Stunden bis zum Flug deponieren. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt. Dass man aus der Wohnung muss - klar. Aber Gepäck abstellen? Das ist seltsam.
