The location close to the train station is excellent. The layout for four people is very good.

A casa está em excelente estado. Super limpa e muito confortável. Muita espaçosa. Bem localizada, muito perto de Bologna Centrale. 2 minutos a pé. Ar condicionado a funcionar muito bem, Tv´s em ambos os quartos. Cozinha equipada e a funcionar muito bem. Muito bom.

Apenas duas pequenas razões pelas quais não dou pontuação máxima. Na cozinha falta o micro-ondas, que dá muito jeito, e apenas falamos com o proprietário por Whatsapp. No entanto todas as indicações dadas por ele foram precisas e sem qualquer tipo de duvida.

El pis està bé però no té sala d'estar.

Habitacions i cuina grans, lavabo correcte. Rentadora i secadora van molt bé. Però no el recomano per què gairebé no hi ha estris a a la cuina, ni sala d'estar, no té sofà! Vam haver d'estar sempre als llits... Prop de l'estació però per la zona hi ha força vagabunds.
