W apartamencie czysto, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko dworca, centrum. Pod obiektem super bar na kawę i cornetto

The location was great for both the train station and central Bologna. The apartment was clean overall with good facilities. It is managed by an agency and the colleague who met us was friendly, informative and helpful... some missing washing machine and dishwasher tablets were delivered within 24 hours of our arrival.

Only one pillow per person provided. When we requested a second pillow each, we were advised to use the sofa cushions which was an unpalatable suggestion. Woke up on first morning to the sound of loud hammering at 8am by the neighbors...not the owners fault but be aware that this is possible. Only one bath towel provided per person for a six night stay and signs in the apartment warn you against washing them. Extractor fan in bathroom was filthy and the sink needed a good plunging but no plunger was available. No spare bin sacks provided but you are expected to deal with the rubbish yourselves. Due to being overseen by a management agency, only expect the basics.

O apartamento estava bem limpo e organizado. Não faltava nada. Cozinha completa e já abastecida com os item basicos (café, açúcar, sal, azeite). Localização espetacular. Muito perto da estação central. Pra quem fará Bolonha como base para pequenas viagens bate volta é perfeito. Muito comércio perto de apoio. Aparentemente o Apt parecia estar recém reformado e fomos recepcionados por uma pessoa que nos explicou tudo.

The apartment is close to the train station and metro, which makes it convenient for getting around. The bed was comfortable, and overall, the apartment had the basics for a short stay.

The worst part was how cold it was in the room at night, even though the radiator was working. I stayed in early March, and it was quite uncomfortable. When we turned on the radiator in the living area, it started leaking water, so we had to turn it off completely. The cleanliness was also disappointing—it didn’t seem like the apartment had been properly cleaned before our arrival. There was even an ashtray on the balcony that hadn’t been emptied. The apartment is not well soundproofed, so you can hear both the neighbors and noise from outside. Another inconvenience was that we were asked to wash the dishes before leaving, which was not included in their cleaning service—this seemed a bit odd. Also, there was no coat rack at the entrance, which would have been useful. The check-in time is quite late, which was not ideal. Even though it’s close to public transport, the area itself is not great. There’s a small green space in front of the building where a homeless person is always sleeping, and people frequently urinate there, which makes the surroundings unpleasant.
