Location was great for what we needed. The facilities we're well thought out and covered every need that might arise during a stay.
The bed was uncomfortable, maybe a mattress topper would of helped. The main light wasn't working. There we're stains on the bedding. The room size was a struggle with my sight impaired partner. The room next to us was playing loud music till the early hours of the morning.

This was a total surprise, on a back street so extremely quiet and the room itself was a haven, warm, clean, comfy bed and looks very new. The comms with the staff were good when I needed to check the code to get in. Hairdryer, iron etc all there and even a microwave. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel itself is a little out of the way close to student blocks, thus I guess the price. But honestly the quality of the room trumps the location for me so I'd still stay here again.

Room very clean, beds comfy
Bathroom had a light sewage smell. Was a little bit cold at night even though we turned on all the heating.

Everything was pleasing, and I will surely stay here again and again. The self-service procedure happened to be the best experience for us at the hotel. The room setting and arrangement, with the room temperature being the best. Great place to stay.
Everything is okay. Our expectations were met, and we will surely be staying here anytime we are in Liverpool. We will also recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel offers exactly what it advertises, plus a few good surprises (microwave, plates, cutlery). They were very responsive before and during the stay, quickly answering questions and dealing with requests.
Everything was clean, just not sparkling clean. Also, until it was time to check in, I hadn't understood there was no staff at the hotel at all - that could've been more clearly stated.

Great value for money. Good location to get into the centre. Nice simple touches like plenty of tea, coffee etc. mini fridge, kettle and microwave very handy.
Comfy bed, spotless room. Great instructions

The owner replied to my calls and texts very quickly. I was the only guest for a while so this hotel is probably the best secret in Liverpool.
Nothing.

This little hotel was perfect for a stay visiting my daughter at uni for a few nights.
Its position about 10 minute walk from Lime St train station and another easy walk down to the Liver Building/everything on the waterfront. Look for the radio tower as you leave the hotel and you’ll easily wander down into the shopping centre too - it is a really handy location.
We arrived at the front door and inside was such a nice surprise - the foyer is beautiful, very clean and new. There was even a roaring fire welcoming us (a virtual one on screen).
The room itself was lovely - beautifully decorated, immaculately clean (the room smelled and looked gorgeous on arrival) and just right in size for what I needed.
In the room was a little fridge with some bottles of water, a radio, TV and the shower/bathroom was good. There was even an iron, folding ironing board, space to hang clothes and a hair dryer - sometimes you don’t find these things in much more expensive hotels.
Overall, great value for money and a very comfortable stay. I will most definitely stay again!
There was a lovely Nespresso coffee machine in the room but no pods!! I was bitterly disappointed as it was right there but I couldn’t make a coffee.
The hotel is unmanned so there’s a phone number to call if you need help, but receiving a message to ask if everything is okay when you arrive might be a nice touch (I could have asked about the coffee… it seemed a bit trivial to be phoning for that!).
The room door locks are very modern and don’t require a key which is excellent, but our door alarm kept sounding and was a bit confusing to start with.

At first it seemed a bit off the beaten track but we couldn't have been more wrong ... It was so quiet we couldn't even hear any other people staying over although it was fully booked.
10 minutes to the heart of the action, 15 minute walk to the ferry terminal ,(ferry across the mersey had to be done)
Geoff was so helpful and friendly he answered all my queries straight away and was very helpful with bus numbers and things to do.
The room had everything we needed and all to an excellent standard (smeg kettle impressive)
The table in the foyer with coffee fresh orange and lots of treats was a lovely touch
This is a little gem and we will certainly be back.
We asked ourselves why we hadn't been to Liverpool before now apart from the football.
Everyone was super friendly and we had some fantastic days/nights out and all very reasonably priced xx couldn't believe how many people we chatted to xxx

It’s quiet, secure, and in a great location
There’s no staff (although you can phone or message them). I personally don’t like all the codes, but it does work, once you understand it.

Great location for anything around the city centre and super super clean. Self check in easy and nice touches (i.e complimentary items) in lobby. Modern room / facilities
Room is snug and in basement of building, but plenty adequate for quick breaks during day or sleeping (and if you don't care about natural light being in the room)

Everything was amazing, there's someone there when I needed it, Very good.
The bed is too narrow. No fan in the room (but it's okay since it's a cold area).

Geoff the receptionist was super kind, responsive and helpful. Location is near the centre, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The complimentary gifts won over my heart.

There are no staff here but we didn't need them. Clear instructions on how to get in. The lobby and rooms are clean and stylish. I liked the complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby. Much cheaper than alternatives in the area. Will definitely stay again.
Not the hotels fault but the area felt a tad unsafe at night. I probably wouldn't stay here by myself if returning at night but that's just me.

Lovely decorated, comfortable. Free wifi, hairdryer.
Not sure why but a slight sewage smell when you first enter the room

The first day it was organized and clean. It is close to the city center. The room was nice, they had prepared some tea for me and coffee. WiFi was not perfect, but I could use it a bit. Beds are also nice. They have a lot of useful stuff in the room.
It was totally impersonal. No people in reception or anywhere. They never cleaned my room. It feels like personnel do not exist there. Despite the fact that it is close to the city center, the communication with the airport is a little bit difficult.

It was a well sized, comfortable room. There were snacks available all day, and some cool appliances like a smeg kettle.
Unfortunately, the day we arrived, our room had a bad smell through the drains. We asked to cancel and move to a different hotel but were offered an alternate room after speaking to Booking.com. This caused some inconvenience as we waited for this to be sorted out. We had to change to a different room the second night because they were quite full. They let us have quite a late check out to make up and the staff members were very friendly.

The room was comfortable and very clean.
There were all things one would require to have a stay, from towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bedding but they also have microwave and bottle of waters
The Check in time was 10 am and 9:35 the electricity was cut off, which meant the shower too. There was no warning or information regarding such a electrical cutoff.
The internet did not work and the TV was no good without the internet.

My stay was really good at the Urban Pods. The washroom was lovely and was immaculate . There was an iron, hairdryer, ironing board, microwave, fridge, water, tea and coffee, a comfy bed and actually had more than one pillow.
No parking at all

Great location, spotlessly clean.
Smell from drains in bathroom, but no reflection on cleanliness of property. Air freshener in bathroom might help?
7.0 / 10.0
Location was good. It was relatively modern.
Listed as a Hotel but really a no contact air B&B/hostel more suitable for students. THIS FACILITY SHOULD NOT BE LISTED AS A HOTEL!! No reception desk, only a phone number to text someone for instructions. We are older so we were shocked when we arrived! The bedding was old and tired and the sheet had a stain and crumbs in my bed!

The property was exactly what we needed for 2 nights in Liverpool as a couple. The rooms were spotless and included a kettle with tea, coffee etc. There was also a microwave and plates, bowls and cutlery incase you wanted to avail of these. We were able to leave our bags off early as we arrived in Liverpool at 9am and they were left into our room for us returning which was great. Would definitely recommended for a short stay if you don’t mind walking. We will 100% return in the future.

Even the first impression upon entering was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and so was the bathroom. The refreshment station was great, offering fresh juice, milk, and fruits in the morning. The self-service accommodation worked perfectly — we didn’t miss a thing!
There wasn’t anything like that.

Location very good, 15 minute walk to what we were looking for.
A few more towels in the bathroom would have been good for two people showering over a two day stay.
8.0 / 10.0
The location was easy to find and close to the city without all the noise at night. The room was clean and well presented, a lovely bed and clean bathroom.
The windows opened directly onto the street level outside so it meant that we felt a bit uncomfortable opening the window and the room felt quite stuffy. Also the water tripped twice but the manager did come to sort it out very quickly.
8.0 / 10.0
Seamless self check in, the room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/biscuits and all necessary cutlery/crockery. Beds were comfortable and the room was well decorated. Location was within walking distance from the town but in a quieter area.
The bathroom door didn’t close properly.
9.0 / 10.0
What I liked the most was the bathroom's design and the room's amenities: a Smeg kettle, an LG TV, and a nice set of sheets and cushions. They also provide coffee, tea, water, beers, cookies, cereals, and other snacks you can help yourself to at any time, which was a great bonus. Another thing I really appreciated was not having to deal with keys—you just use access codes, which is much more convenient. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, so you can get a good night's sleep.
I have to admit that the bed felt small. Even though it was a double, it seemed smaller than other double beds we've had. We're not big people, but we still didn’t have enough space to sleep comfortably as a couple. Another thing was that we only had a small window facing the street, but since the room was kind of in a basement, we couldn’t open it. While the goal of a trip isn’t to spend time in the hotel, it’s still something worth mentioning. Also, the water pressure was a bit weak for my taste, but the temperature was perfect.

Room nice and clean, modern .
Could have had a change of towels or more in room
