Exceptional stay, night of escapism and comfort

Loved the themed room. We stayed in cabin in the woods. Cosy, modern, comfortable. Heaters in every room and loved the little touches like personalized flannels and towels etc. Good qualities toiletries. Was also able to park in the secure car park for only £5 for just under 24 hours. Booked acc and parking on the day. Just called and spoke to someone. No issue. Apartment was also nice and secure. Perfect for trip away with my son for the Liverpool match ❤️

Decent place with everything you need for a good stay. All good.

Good clean modern apartments in a good location for me for work. Check in is easy with the app. Had everything I need for a week away. Everything is new and works fine.

Bed a bit too low, heating was a little bit hard to get right, being in the basement it does feel a bit like a dungeon. The TV is not near the bed. Don't park nearby its really expensive and not that safe. Way too many light switches.

Impressive design with friendly staff :)

Overall great stay here! Amazing interior design with everything you need. Easy access via app and then you get a key card once inside. Wish I stayed a bit longer and will definitely be back to try another apartment :)

Facilities

Platform bed v uncomfortable. Smoke alarm went off there were no staff so we had to fend for ourselves. Another guest disengaged the alarm , we didn't know if there was an actual fire or not nor did we know if the alarm was now disarmed permanently. We called the phone number given. Staff were not very clear tho staff did call back to reassure us there was no fire and alarm back to normal.

Nice apartments in a quiet part of Liverpool city. The host was very responsive & helpful with checking in and organising parking. Facilities were all clean and new and the apartment was very spacious.

Great location, spacious, completely smooth check in, very very clean in the flat.

There were things that needed attention, such as the loose kitchen faucet and the stained carpet in the hallway. Not terrible, but easy to fix and would have made the experience even better.

Great stay and quiet location

Very quiet location but close enough to the city centre to make it convenient. Lots of communication with the apartment staff and very thorough making sure we knew how to get in. Beds extremely comfy and gorgeous duvet and pillows. Fab coffee machine and lovely big bathroom. Very quiet during the evening and slept very well

The sofa was very narrow and not comfy to sit on. Very similar to what you would get in a caravan. This was due to having a pull out bed so I think individual sofas or comfy chairs to the side would have been better

Peaceful, cosy and a well presented apartment.

The property is within a quieter area. The Cabin in the Woods was a beautiful apartment with a cosy feel. We would definitely stay again. The communication with the host was first class.

The only snag with such a beautiful cosy apartment was the shower. It worked well but would be nice to have more powerful one.

Superb apartment in a fantastic location, excellent value for money

Superbly decorated and furnished tastefully. It was also extremely clean and i had a very good size room. Excellent value for money. The personalised towels and bedding were also a nice touch, attention to detail and it was noticed

Fantastic location - short walk in to town. Very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities included. Quiet location and comfortable beds. We utilised the private parking which was only £5 and very convenient.

Lovely studio apartment, good size apartment, lots of amenities available.

Not having a lift although it was fine & we just did a couple of trips. Someone actually emailed to offer to help with getting the luggage downstairs which was very considerate, I just missed the email.

Was an absolutely amazing stay. Very comfortable, clean, and great location, too. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Was the perfect end stay to mine and my partners' monthly getaway stay. 😄 Would love to be back again next month. I'm hoping my little seagull friend is still there, too.
