Beautiful new suites at established hotel with a few issues that need to be worked on

The suite was beautiful and spacious. The area is right next to the freeway, but surprisingly quiet. The reception ladies very welcoming. The suites are brand new and very clean

The shades in the room didn’t keep out the sun. The shower sprayed into bathroom area even after trying to be careful. We were supposed to be able to use laundry facilities but the older gentleman at the reception desk was not as accommodating. Did not realize the laundry was actually the hotel laundry so had to work around housekeeping. We ended up not doing it. It is not in the suite rooms as it might appear on the hotel description

Very clean room, missing washing machine in room i booked. Rude staff.

The bathroom was super clean, the room had extra towels. Nice to be able to park close to room.

Listing had a washer and dryer. No washer and dryer in room or available for use. I think the listing was very stingy for not including air in the room, they actually took the remote out of the room for the mini split. Free breakfast listed on Google maps advertisement where booking.com link was but no free breakfast with room, breakfast $18. No coffee maker in room or hot water kettle. Pay attention to booking when using this hotel. They are pinching pennies here. Pl Staff were not friendly.

Room was small but nice and clean. The Restaurant was really good. A bit pricey but good. 👍👍

No end table only on one side of the Bed. Not enough electric outlets. Also the walls were paper thin you could here your neighbor coughing and sneezing all night. Proberly the dust from the Construction going on . If you sleep later than 0700-7 am. Forget it noisy workers or outside we weren't even warned about the noise of construction going on nor did we get a rebate on the price . Good that it was only one night. Pay extra for Breakfast. Hilton in Kaiserslautern is 90 Euros with Free Breakfast. Also Hotel Avalon is very nice 85 Euros with Free Breakfast and really big rooms.

Friendly, helpful, efficient staff, English spoken; spotlessly clean, kitchen provided with coffee, sugar, creamer, tea; free off-road parking; just off the motorway if travelling across Germany, yet quiet; gift on departure; air-conditioning; comfortable beds. We loved this hotel the first time we stayed and have been trying to return ever since on four occasions, thwarted twice by COVID and twice because it was fully booked up - not surprising, seeing how good it is

Nothing we did not like. If looking for improvements to an already lovely hotel, maybe providing decaff coffee or tea would be even more perfect
