Overall our room met all basic needs for the time we were in the Landstuhl area.

This hotel was very nice and had great breakfast options. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic needs included. There was plenty of parking available and the staff were very kind.

We loved that our room had AC, as it was a bit warm when we visited, but the AC unit seemed to be on a timer or a bit of a delay and it wasn’t always working. Other than this though, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very good selection of breakfast options. Also liked the dinner options and the bill being split over the rooms without even asking. The location is perfect, next to the highway.

I think they are a bit understaffed, as some dishes could not be served and there was often nobody to help you at the reception desk.

The place to stay when you're in the area.

From start to finish the staff was excellent. They helped us in any way needed with zero attitude. The suite was spacious with comfortable furniture, the a/c worked well and the even had spare power adaptors to lend since we left ours at a earlier hotel. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely stay there.

I absolutely loved the property, the staff and the amenities. The staff were polite, patient and accommodating to our needs. The parking was easy and always available. Rooms were clean and fully serviced each day. I have no complaints about this property.

There was nothing I didnt like about this property. It was off the freeway close to the american bases which made our travels very easy. Staff spoke english and were amazing to be around. I have nothing negative to say about this facility.

Great location - a 10 min walk to the Landstuhl train station, easy on/off the autobahn, shopping nearby, 8 min from Ramstein AB. Friendly, helpful staff. Large rooms. Super clean. Plenty of parking. I'd stay here again.

Wi-Fi was slow and had to constantly log on. Coffee was so-so. Not much choice for plant-based diets. We were told to leave the breakfast area when breakfast time ended, even though we didn't finish eating. Beds were so-so. I woke up with a sore back every morning.
