I would definitely continue to use this place.

The facility was very clean. When I notified them I would not be arriving before the reception was closed, they provided exact instruction for access. Due to the delay in my next flight it was very easy to extend my stay. Although I was not able to partake in the breakfast, it appeared that what was available would have been well woth the price.

The location was near a restaurant, small grocery store, and a take-out pizza, most other facilities were a distance away.

Perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. Good value. Free parking. Staff helpful and courteous. Nearby commerce.

Very good hotel

Friendly and efficient reception staff. Excellent location and within easy walking distance to the hospital, which was the purpose of our visit. Hotel spotlessly clean and functional. We didn’t have breakfast but another guest told us it was excellent.

Big room. Lots of extras provided. Even a spare capsule for washing machine! Bbq outside with lots of seating. Plenty of parking . Really well thought out for travellers.

Nice stay in the middle of Landstuhl

This property has many amenities I wasn’t aware of and was excited to have such as a workout area and laundry. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The accessible hiking trails are amazing and plentiful.

Our room wasn’t cleaned often enough despite asking. It really isn’t near anything including the train station. You’ll need a car, but there is plenty of free parking. No big deal for us, but there is no elevator.

Great value, pleasant staff, great breakfast

Breakfast, very much appreciated the time that was taken to provide me with the vegan options. They were all delicious! Bed was comfortable and you could tell the furniture was of good quality. I would say a bonus was the free laundry. And having picnic tables outback to sit on was nice. Communication before we arrived was great! They always answered my questions and concerns. Not only were the kitchen staff and front desk employees very accommodating and friendly but the owner was also a pleasure to meet. Would stay here again if ever back in the area.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit small. We also noticed that the cleaning staff that did our room did not do a very good job. The TV service needs to be improved upon so that there are English speaking channels and I think it would be helpful if you had a clock somewhere in the room.

Excellent stay, professional staff and CLOSE to Ramstein AB! A+

I think I've found a place to call home when I land at Ramstein AB. So close and a very nice room! The young lady at the front desk is a customer service professional and very nice, as well! Ok, I'm here to edit my first review. DEFINITELY staying here when I return to the Ramstein AB area! Liked it so much, I stayed more nights while in Germany. Everything was PERFECT! Thank you, once again, for a pleasant stay!

Exceptional

Very comfortable, clean and a good size room with microwave and refrigerator. The free laundry room (free detergent as well) had four washers and four dryers. Very convenient location to both Landstuhl centrum as well as Kaiserslautern and Ramstein. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Air conditioning would have been nice but they provide a large floor fan.

Disappointing stay, I paid for two nights left after one.

Once I arrived at the hotel, they were very accommodating, by letting me check-in early since I had such a long drive to get there.

The major issue I had was that I was placed in a room next to a room that was undergoing renovations. I was woken up by drilling in the wall, and heavy traffic down the hallway. As for my room, I don't know if it was due to the construction going on, but there was a slight sewage smell coming from my bathroom. To put it shortly, this was not the stay I paid for.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber! Und reichlich ausgestattet, von genügend Handtüchern bis hin zum Föhn. Man hatte sich vor Ort auch etwas kleines kochen können. Auch gut fande ich, dass wenn man später anreist, es die Möglichkeit gibt, über ein bestimmtes System später einzuchecken. Vorher bekommt man eine E-Mail und weiß dann genau was man machen muss! Echt super 😊 Der Kontakt war auch sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Leider ist es sehr hellhörig. Aber sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden! Alles super 👍🏻
