The hotel was built in the 1960’s and appears to be mostly original, very mid-century. Everything was very clean. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and included eggs, pancakes and bacon made to order. The location was great for us as it was walking distance to everything, including the train station. Like most places, English is spoken.

The staff were so friendly and if we ever go back we will be staying here again. We had to ask if it was possible to check out an hour later due to a transportation issue and the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and let us check out at a later time. Best place we stayed while in Germany

Lovely "German village" setting. Older hotel - 5 stories, no elevator and we were on the 5th floor. AC wasn't working in middle of the summer. Had to change hotels. The staff were very understanding.

My husband and I stayed at the Goldinger for 4 nights while visiting Landsthul , Heidelberg and Ramstein. The staff was extremely accomodating , especially helping us to get a taxi to the base for departure, The inn is so cozy! We will be back!

This hotel requires some update and refurbishing. Although the room was clean and the service good, we could mit get the rest we were looking for. While windows were closed and shutters down we could understand the talk of people outside on the sidewalk, hear the car noise outside and guests coming and going, as well toilette noises inside.

This hotel is easy to find and centrally located. It has a small parking area behind the hotel & street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot breakfast that had a delicious variety of both savory & sweet choices. There is an excellent bakery that is part of the establishment for afternoon breaks. The rooms are on two floors & there's not an elevator so request a ground floor room when you book if you have trouble with stairs.

For an older hotel, it has what is necessary to get the job done and then some. The morning breakfast is awesome, complete with smoked salmon. They offer made to order eggs and pancakes. Another hotel I stay at did not have either of these. It does lack an evening restaurant and bar, but Anchos is a two minute walk away. The shower was incredible.

Great breakfast and extremely friendly/helpful staff. Very nice restaurant and courtyard. Hotel is connected to a bakery/cafe. Rooms are a little older, but well maintained and very clean. The free wifi was acceptable, but a little slow at times. Overall, great place with for a short stay with excellent staff.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. Having a nice cafe onsite is a great bonus. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Be sure Ron heck with the staff about location. City provides Parking lot availability on rare occasions.
