Nice stay with breakfast - close to Ramstein and Landstuhl.

We arrived during the hottest week of the year, and Ivan at the front desk was wonderful in supplying us with cold drinks and an extra fan. Breakfast was very good.

There was no A/C in the rooms.

Very nice hotel as long as the temperatures outside are not too high.

Location was perfect, very close to Ramstein Air Base. The front desk staff was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage until our next hotel was available. I would be happy to stay here again.

I didn’t really like the breakfast options, but there was a wide variety of things to choose from. Also, it was very hot in our room and very difficult to cool it down enough to sleep. Luckily, there was a fan in the room to help a little.

Decent place, easy to find

Coffee & croissants in the lobby were delicious

The floor in the room was so dirty I had to wipe off my feet before putting my shoes on. Also, the bathroom needs basic maintenance—the cover to the hand soap was missing and the hairdryer had fallen in it, and the shower head was rigged up with an elastic band. Also, the mini blinds strings were broken.

I stayed here before this visit, and next time I am in Germany will probably try to book here again.

The rooms are good size, the place was quiet and they have a great breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the wi-fi was fast enough for everything I wanted to do. There is a TV in the room, but I didn't watch it this time.

My main complaint was that the elevator stopped working when I was there, and I had to drag my bags up and down stairs, this time it wasn't a big issue, but would have been if I had big bags. even when the elevator does work, you have to move bags up and down a few steps to get to some rooms.

Ok place to stay

Great location, staff was friendly, breakfast was great.

I stayed in room 131. The flat screen tv was duck taped to an old tv stand for a box tv that was mounted to the wall. The ceiling fan shakes like it is going to come out of the ceiling. The water in the shower would start off cold and the go to warm which is normal. However then it would go to scalding hot with no warning and would not go back to warm. I had to shut off the water multiple times to finish my shower.

the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very nice. it is very close to the base making it very convenient to travel back and forth. The rooms were very clean.

Great location, great hotel! hanks to the hotel management, everything was at a good level!

The breakfast was very rich and varied. Despite the fact that the hotel is positioned at 3 stars, the breakfast corresponded to the level of 5 stars!

For a good rest, the sounds of planes that take off nearby interfere. But whoever comes here knows that there is a big air base here and we went to Ramstein for that!
